The ice cream 🍦 isn’t bad. The price is bad. I also don’t like how the cashier shouts out loudly to you as you pay: “press the green button to tip us or the red button if you don’t want to tip us!” I mean seriously??? Since when we have to pay tips on getting ice cream as if these companies don’t make filthy money already by jacking up prices to make an entire population turn into cows 🐄. That’s certainly poor business etiquette. Headquarters if you’re listening please stop that inappropriate practice. In America 🇺🇸 you only pay tips on a full seated service. No offense to any one 🥸. That why I’m only giving this place a star and below 👇.

I really enjoy this creamy ice cream, but miss the BOGO coupons we used to get in the Sunday newspaper. There was a line when we came in, so I kept changing my mind. I ended up with butter pecan and mint for my Love It, and I loved it.

I normally don't write reviews but this was so disappointing. I placed an order for an oreo cookies and cream extreme cake with a custom message on it for my niece's graduation. Awful. The cake was sloppily frosted and the writing was atrocious. The employee assisting me wasn't rude but didn't apologize either - just told me that this is how the cakes look. He offered to redo the message. Still bad. I wish I asked for a refund.

I love Cold Stone ice cream. My favorite is strawberry blonde (in the picture)😋😍. There are two parking lots available. One in Target and the other one next to Chipotle. If it's too busy inside, you have to wait outside for safety covid restrictions. Employees wear masks. Safe and clean.

It's your typical Cold Stone, I will say though the wait times on even weekdays is pretty long. Seems like staffs needs to learn to turn around orders bit faster. If you really want some ice cream, relax, get in line, prepare to have long small talks with your friends, and have your order ready!

Pretty Good Ice Cream. It was busy for 9:15pm on a Tuesday. We had to wait outside for about 10 mins but it was worth it.

My husband ordered a sundae and the employee did not put the fudge topping on. They do not give a sample for customer to try, which is helpful if you are considering a flavor you haven’t gotten before. Also the worker did not inform me that one mix-in is included with the cup I ordered, which I would have appreciated.
