I love afternoon tea, and I’ve had my share of them. I am always looking for an afternoon tea wherever I go, and this shop offers afternoon tea!
We went there for lunch, and it was completely packed. So we left our name and number, and walked around the Main Street for a bit.
We got pots of tea to go with our lunches. They had nice selection of all sorts of tea. We ordered Paris Tea. It was a nice fruity black tea.
For food, we ordered the classic, Queen’s Luncheon. It comes with a scone, tea sandwiches, and an assortment of mini sweet. I asked about the portion size, and the staff told us that it can be for two people if we added a scone or two. We added two extra scones. They were quite good, flavorful and tasty. It didn’t come with clotted cream though.
They had plenty of tea sandwiches. All made with care, some more tastier than the other. My favorite was the crabmeat salad on croissant.
The mini sweets had four different kinds of desserts. They were mostly just ordinary sweets, like a cookie and brownie. But, apple caramel cake was really tasty!
We had a really nice lunch here with super affordable afternoon tea. They do offer more than afternoon tea, so it is a great spot for lunch. No wonder they are popular among the locals!

My garden salad had wayyy too much croutons. Please add some more exciting vegetarian options, I ate egg salad sandwich 3/5 days for lunch visiting cape cod.
Good place to sit with kids.

Amazing service and food. Extremely clean, prompt service. Queen’s luncheon was very good indeed with authentic sandwiches, selection so wonderful biscuits and cakes. The scones were fresh and large just like mum makes. Lemon curd was homemade and clotted cream to die for! The atmosphere was like no other we have seen in a tea shop in the USA. We are British and felt like we were at the baker’s oven in Bury St. Edmonds. First class. Cheers !

When we arrived it was the height of the lunch rush and our poor waitress was looking frazzled but was wonderfully welcome just the same. In my part of the USA tea rooms are hardly as popular as this one, and the reputation is well deserved.
My wife and I shared "The Queen's Luncheon", which was a delightful mix of pastries, both savory and sweet, as well as sandwiches. We enjoyed a pot of "Paris", a flavored black tea that I highly recommend.
The value for money was great given all factors such as service, food, and decor. The sitting room itself is tucked away where you cannot see the door and as such the cares and busyness of the world just disappear. We meant to take a thirty minute lunch and ended spending a delightful hour + in that rare space.
There are sandwiches, soups, and more than simply finger foods. They also have delightful homemade full size cakes and tea that you can take home with you.
This was a highlight of our anniversary trip and hope to go again when we find ourselves in the area again.

Healthy salads, stupendous sandwiches and hands down the best waitress I have ever had and I eat out a lot. Our waitress still had the most important ingredient.....love. She is from Virginia and exudes so much to her customers. You will be blessed if you get to meet her-

Lovely place to get a light lunch. My husband and I shared a Queen's Tea, which included a scone, we purchased a second one, small pastry cups, small croissants, and various breads filled with chicken, crab, curried chicken, tuna & egg salads or sliced cucumber with cream cheese. Although the pastry seemed purchased, the filling was apparently made on the premises. There were 4 small sweets, just enough to top off a meal. We each had a cup of clam chowder which was also good. It was enough for the two of us &we took the sweets with us to nibble on later. I only wish the tea pot had been large enough for us each to have 2 full cups.

A delightful place to get away and enjoy a cup of tea. Delicious homemade food with the best scones around! The owners are very friendly and welcoming! The queens luncheon is one of my favorites! The quiche is by far one of the best offerings around. Nothing will disappoint!

Molly's Tea Room is easily the best Brunch place in Falmouth! I came here on vacation and the staff was extremely friendly- the owners are welcoming and warm, and the food was incredible. 5/5 every time! If you come here definitely get one of their famous scones. The lemon cranberry was incredible!

Beth made our experience AMAZING. We were served with such warm, genuine grace. The food was so good. I had the crabmeat sandwich, my mom had a grilled caprese sandwich special. It has a great atmosphere, good music, and excellent service.

Molly's took a last minute reservation for a birthday celebration for seven of us. We could not have been happier. The food, the tea and the service were all terrific. This made my family members very happy.

Since Molly's opened, this has been my favorite restaurant in Falmouth. I've never had anything but good food and great service. Now my daughter works there. She comes home talking about how nice her coworkers are, and how awesome the owners are. I love it even more now! Paula and Mandy run a beautiful, high quality restaurant. And I have never tasted such good coffee. Yeah, I know it's a tea room, but try their coffee!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere. Always have a great experience with the employees and the food is to die for! Everyone should stop in for a quiet cup of tea and homemade sandwich. Can't wait to come back!

I went there with a couple of my close girlfriends and we had a very relaxing pot of tea. We all got to choose our own flavor and the size was generous. After shopping and walking around Falmouth center it was a nice way to end the day. The desserts were fabulous also!!I think we split a slice of lemon cake and chocolate!! Yummy!!

I went to Molly's for the first time yesterday and was not disappointed. The tea and the food were great and priced fairly. More than that, credit has to be given for service. Only one lady worked on the floor while another employee prepared the food in the back. Add in the amount of customers and kids coming in costumes for candy and it got quite hectic. The employees, however, ran around like crazy and made sure all orders got out and the customers were satisfied. Anyone who's ever worked in customer service knows this type of day, and these ladies handled it wonderfully. Thank you for a great afternoon :-)

We've been happily enjoying lunch at Molly's Tea Room for years. Someone in our family is there at least once a week. The food is always fresh, healthy and consistently delicious. The tea and dessert selection is never boring!
We all love the quiet atmosphere and we really appreciate the "no cell phone" policy. Phone calls can be enjoyed just outside the restaurant :-)

Charged me $16 for a $5 dish. Will never return. Plus they were extremely rude to me and my wife. I would have gone back to dispute the charge, but we couldn't stick around after the argument they were giving my wife. Was told it was OK to take an important cell phone call, but then they turned around and told me I was too noisy, when the people next to me talked much louder.

I had been to this tearoom before and enjoyed the experience..So I was totally unprepared for the horribly bad experience I had today..I dropped in the meet my husband, who was having an important but quiet phone conversation sitting near one of the back tables..I went to the counter to inform them I just wanted some tea..Before I had a chance to say anything, the owner asked if I was with "him" and would I please tell him to leave the table area as no cell phones were allowed and customers had complained about his "noise"....I had to ask her to repeat what she said because the patrons sitting at the two tables were so loud themselves I couldn't hear her at first or understand what she was saying...I just stared at her waiting for her to repeat what she said....She then pointed to the signs on each table and said "Cant you see the signs?..No cell phones.."..Granted I had just walked into the door and was floored by her rudeness and hypocrisy..I proceeded to ask my husband to just leave as it was apparent that she allowed noise from her "friends" whom she was serving in the tea room.. On top of that, she overcharged my husband by 10 dollars when he only ordered a coffee and a pastry..We left in amazement that someone could be that rude ..But not before telling her behavior was that of a hypocrite and that we will never enter her restuarant again..Its a shame because we had liked this place before and had been here twice and now rude and very unprofessional behavior caused her to lose another customer...Its not that we object to her cell phone rules but she had originally told my husband he could make this very important call and he was very upfront with her about needing to do this and needed a quiet place to sit before he even sat down and ordered anything and she said was fine with that before reversing herself.....I wont hesitate to let the rest of Falmouth Village restaurants and businesses know of my unpleasant experience in her tea shop and to beware of the hypocrisy and rudeness that I encountered.
