What a happy place. Amazing food, friendly service. I'm not sure what tastes better: the savory fillings of the dinner pies or the perfect flakey crust that tops them, or the potato and bacon top option of the farmer's chicken pie. I wish they had a location in Maryland.
My mouth Waters just entering the shop. The owner is so sweet just like her pies. Told her I was interested in a small chicken pot pie and she said she'd popped one in the oven for me. My husband says the strawberry rhubarb pie is even better than his grandmother's.

Although I love pie, I can't make them. Ordered a cranberry raisin pie for Thanksgiving and have to say it was the best pie I have had since I was a little girl! Moist, crust was to die for!!! We have been in to the cafe during the summer for a quick piece of pie after walking around the center, and I must stay this is the best kept secret in town for desserts! Thank you for making our Thanksgiving a success! May your business continue to grow in leaps and bounds!
I've always liked stopped in for a sweet treat, but it had been a while since we'd had savory pies. Took home a BBQ Pork Pie and my goodness, we were so pleasantly surprised! Flaky crust, super flavor and tender meat and a tangy, delicious sauce. It got everyone's approval. Thanks guys
I love pies a la mode! They make amazing pies and great goodies as well! I recommend them to everyone! The owner is so sweet and has created a fabulous business!
I bought a Cranberry-Raisin pie for Thanksgiving, and it was one of the best pies I've ever eaten. I was shocked to see the amount of people working in the kitchen on Thanksgiving eve! There were some problems with the ovens, so I was offered the opportunity to take my pie home in "kit form" and bake it at home. I thought it would be fun to try, and I like to help people out when I can, so I accepted. I received two flats of dough, the filling, and a pan to cook it in, and a lot of thanks from the owner.
Her instructions let me bake a pie my own Mom would have loved, and I had a great time doing it. My suggestion would be to start selling "Bake-it-yourself Pie kits" The crust was awesome, and the filling was incredible.
I will definitely be making Pies A La Mode Cafe a regular part of all our holidays.

While working in Falmouth today, I discovered 'pies a la mode!
The Chicken Pot Pie is THE best I have ever had. The pastry is divine. The apple pie, which I could not resist for dessert, is also superb!
Tomorrow night I will have the shepherds pie for dinner!
Excited to have found this gem of a cafe! Looking forward to many visits there!!!

Everything that comes out of the Oven or Stove is fantastic!!. Filled with great ingredients and love for what she does. Thank you Jean for staying in town so we can come in and eat yummy every week and sometimes every day. Carrying the mariana sauce was brilliant. Cannot match it anywhere.

We tried one of your chicken pies two weeks ago and I have to say that it was the best chicken pie we've ever had. I followed the directions on baking the pie to a "t" and it came out perfectly - loaded with tons of chicken and the crust was crispy and delicious. The next time I'm down in that area, I will definitely bring a few of them home for the freezer.
I had the Rueben Pasty based on the recommendation of the friendly woman working the counter (and baking with her business partner!) - wow! It was delicious: fabulous flavor, delicate texture, just divine. And although it was more than satisfying, I HAD to top it off with a slice of their apple pie. Amazing!!! This will be one of my fondest memories of visiting the Cape. Thank you!
Have never tasted better fruit pies they are full of actual real fruit not a bunch of fillers
I’ve been trying to find pies as good as my mom made growing up and finally found them here! I had pumpkin pie and key lime pies and they were amazing. Also the French meat pie which was delicious. The cookies are also very yummy. I went three times in two weeks!
I cannot describe how wonderful and caring this shop is. We bought a large frozen blueberry pie to cook at home and somehow the temperature on our oven didn’t create the lava on top. I called them and they were so incredibly kind that they baked another one for us and delivered it! Amazing customer service. To add to the beauty our daughter who is expecting was craving blueberry pie and she was so happy when it came !! It was delicious and made with love. Thank you. I cannot recommend them enough!! A winner!!
They should offer a six star rating option for exceptional cases like Pies a La Mode. I was visiting Falmouth for a week and went back to this shop 3 times!! Everything is incredible from the pies (savoury and sweet options), to the cookies, to the customer service. My personal favourites are the Turkey Gobbler, Key Lime pie, Pumpkin pie, and chocolate chip and OMG cookies.
I can’t say enough positive things about the owner who I had the pleasure of meeting the second and third time back. I have never met a more caring and sweet person. She truly cares about her product and the customer. If you happen to meet her on your visit, you will know what I mean.
We are blessed to have this pie company on the Cape. Everything in terms of pie was a history of the mankind until we visited A La Mode.
I can't say enough amazing things about this shop! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, even with a 2 year old running around and screaming about pie. They took the time to wave and talk to him, which made his day. But beyond that, the pies are SO GOOD! We got a fresh chicken pie and key lime for dessert. I've had a lot of chicken pot pies in my life, especially from another shop on Cape. There is no comparison. Pies a La Mode is the hands down taste and texture winner in my book! My only complaint is that I haven't been there sooner! Can't wait to go back!
This is a friendly establishment where you can absolutely count on delicious baked pies!l and Quiche! They were so nice and let us taste different fillings as it was our first time. Can't wait to go back for more
First time ever in this great little pie shop. We purchased a blueberry pie to serve for company and it was so delicious !! Flaky crust, tasty blueberries with served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream ! Desert doesn’t get much better than this !! It was a pleasure talking with the shop owner. I picked up both a Savory and a Sweet pie and Chocolate Chip Cookies.
The roasted vegetable quiche was OK, but the Mixed Berry Pie was Top Notch. I have had better crust but the balance of sweet and tartness of what appeared to be fresh fruit made it great.
$31 for (2) 6" pies and a bag of cookies is no great deal, but I believe they are house made, and therefore worth the price.
I am always reminded that food on the cape is not as good as Boston/Cambridge, but for a sweet tooth, Pies a La Mode delivered.
This bakery is a hidden jewel. Pies made right in the store, all ingredients are fresh & delicious. We loved them so much, we purchased numerous pies & took them home ! 🥧❤️
The key lime is incredible. We just got back from the keys and wanted to compare. It was close but this pie was better!
