The experience was fine, though it did take some time to get service as one worker was leaned against the wall by the drive-through window, looking at his phone. Help is hard to find, though. The food was well made, at least, by some other workers who came out to help. I would recommend, but don't expect to even be noticed quickly.
They were short staffed this am but did a great job with the wonderful workers they had on staff. Well done folks!
Service is slow with an order of just drinks. Tried to dismiss us and ask for payment again.
Two weeks ago. I was coming back Home from Boston because my mother was at Tuffs Medical Center due to a car accident. On my way home my car broke down on I-95 North and I managed to pulled into Hannaford across the road. I needed something to drink while I wait for the Tow Truck to arrive so I came inside Dunkin’ at this point in time it was Drive Thru only, but I didn’t have a car so the kind manager who’s name I sadly forgotten was very understanding about my situation and let me order anyways. The Staff at this Dunkin’ Donuts are amazing and very kind. My day was terrible and you’ve made me happy and made my day. Thank you!!
Everyone who works here is absolutely lovely - which makes up for the often long waits and lines. Worth it though!
First time there the lady in front of me was being a little difficult the guy on the register was great getting with her finally got her smile I think customer service is the most important thing she's only spending about $3 but he treated her like she was putting in a big order I thought that was great I would recommend this place

I was in the mood for Dunkin' Donuts and coffee. Dang I need to go more often (we go about every 2 or 3 months to, well, just go:). My glazed donut was Dunkin delicious and my dark brew coffee was perfect as was my Daughter's double shot of espresso. Pleasant, friendly staff and they offer senior discounts (but for some reason not a Veterans Discount) but that's a corporate not local policy. Still I look forward to heading back there the next time I want a donut and coffee. And I'll still call it Dunkin' Donuts when they change the name to just Dunkin':)
Always served via drive thru, during covid19, a wonderful refreshing iced latte on a hot sunny day, or a hot coffee if the sun doesn't shine!
All Dunkin Donuts should be so classy.
Their food is almost always disappointing even though it looks good on the sign but their coffees pretty good
