Ordered bagels this morning, the bagels were heavy and tasted stale or previously frozen. We asked for our bagels lightly toasted, they were almost burnt and came with barely any cream cheese. Took them to go and were sorely disappointed when we got home to enjoy them. Have never had this problem at the Yarmouth, Portland or Brunswick stores.

Food isnt quick, no croissants, strange setup with an attached restaurant, only 2 available coffees to pour, you clearly need to be a regular to understand the flow of where you order food to where you pay. I watched them give away someone's sandwich while I was sitting here and not have someone's call ahead order. Food was good.

I got a super bagel toasted with plan cream cheese it was over $4. The bagle was going stale. I was disapointed and won't eat there again.

It took them over 20 minutes to make a bagel with cream cheese. By the time I got my bagel it was cold and had cream cheese on only one side. The lady working the bagel counter has a couple of screws loose. If she exerted half of the effort she put into gossiping with customers and coworkers into actualy making bagles I wouldn't mind. Take some pride in your work, a bagel is probably the easiest food item to prepare and if you cant handle that there might be something seriously wrong with you.

We are new to the area. Bernie's Foreside has the best breakfast! what a great find. The food & service is wonderful & the bagels are the closest you will find to a NY/NJ bagel.
