It was a typical Dunkin experience. I ordered coffee. I scanned my app for payment, since like many stores, they weren't allowing ordering via the app. Waited 30 seconds and got my coffee. Made correctly, which is a bonus. Then saw a kickass concert at the Palladium. Good times.
One of the better Dunkins' in the area. Always busy, so the food is fresh, but fast, so the line's moving. No Charlie Brown adult's voice coming from the speaker. Nice people but not gabby. Good store!

Bought a couple bagels, donuts, breakfast sandwiches and coffee; they were as expected. Bathroom was clean. The person taking our order had to have it repeated a couple times but we had everything as ordered.
It annoys me that they have four people working the drive-through and one person working the inside counter, and then the one person working the counter is also making new pots of coffee for the drive-through. Obviously their goal is to get people through the drive-through as fast as possible but it
It does a brisk business during peak times. So if you are in a rush use their app to order ahead. Inside is well maintained. Staff is friendly and consistent. Food and drinks are consistent with the Dunkin Donuts brand.

A really nice dunkin with awesome staff. My drink wasn't quite right when I initially ordered it, I don't recall if it was my fault but the staff fixed it without any hassle and were incredibly nice.
