The owner/manager is very nice and I like her friendly signs out front. The employees are quick and friendly too. I never have to wait too long to check out. It's nice to have a friendly corner store to run in and out of when in a rush.

It's in Mayfield so you can only expect to see a few guys outside every now and then but the customer service was fine and everyone was friendly....including the guys/people outside...

I've been coming to this place for as long as I can remember, all the cashiers know who I am to the point that one time I left my wallet there and one of the guys save it and returned it to me the next day. On 12/17/2018 around 9am, I came in to buy something drink. I was on the phone so i parked my vehicle and stay there until i could finish my call. A few moments later the cashier came outside to my vehicle and told me there was no loitering there. I told her i was going to buy something and just needed to finish my call first. she insisted i needed to leave,so i hang up the phone and went in. As i was walking in I apologized to her if it made her uncomfortable, I explained to her i was a police officer and i usually go there every night. She insisted I was loitering and didnt care much for I was to say. So at this point i just paid for my drink and left. I think they need to train this employee better, start by letting her know not come out of the store to confront people sitting in their cars. its not safe and by teaching her better manners and customer service. This person was really unpleasant to deal with, did not want to hear anything. She simply wanted me gone from there.

So I went to these location around 11:34pm on the 04/18/2018 as soon I walk inn the two young man chanting using the N”word this is rediculous wake up hope the owner can read my note. No customer want to walk into a business location to hear this kinds of words.shame on you 7 ELEVEN 324 WHITE OAK RD.

I will never come here again and will be calling corporate today! Yesterday around 7 to purchase some gas. The "cashier" told me my card was declined. However when I checked my balance it said that the money had be taken out by that "cashier". She refused to acknowledge any wrong doing and provided horrible customer service. She proceeded to yell in front of customers in the parking lot that my card was declined!!! If this is the kind of people you employ, I will have to take my business elsewhere!!
