This evening my app messed up and I lost my free food reward. I called the store and explained my situation. The to go girl was very nice and expressed genuine concern for my issue. She then passed me to the manager who said he’d honor the reward! I was so grateful! When I arrived at the store I experienced nothing but great service once again! Thank you to the Togo team and manager on duty.
Food was delicious. Easy paying to complete order with device on table to close out check. Waitress was very friendly and professional. Prime Rib tacos is a must try!!
Food and service were good. Today I ordered through DoorDash and food was good and still hot.
Our first time at this Chili's. Smelled a little musty when we came in, but then we were warmly greeted by the host and experienced a wonderful meal and service. Keep up the good work!
Drinks are really weak, regardless if you get the drink special or full price drink. Next time I'm getting beer. Food and service was good though. Margarita taste like sugar and juice, can't taste the tequila.
Stop by while I was at Wal-Mart for a quick bite. Food was quite good I had gotten asparagus as a side and a few of them still had a decent amount of the white bottom to them. But otherwise decent food and nice and relaxed environment.

This isn’t a 5 star restaurant so don’t expect to be blown away. The food was decent I would compare it to Applebees. The service was regular nothing will blow you away here. I would come here if you have kids and want American food. I ordered the sizzling grilled fajita entree it came with a lot of food and sides however it wasn’t extremely flavorful like a Mexican restaurant obviously. I would say they have $6 margaritas and those were good.
Our server Melanie was everything a great server should be. She was enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I hope that she and staff like her are recognized! A breath of fresh air! Further more our food and drinks came out very quickly and were 100% correct and delicious! All in all it was just a great visit to Chili’s. I hope others get the same good experience we did.

Third time. Food was amazing. Had the double stack burger omg sooooo good. Our waitress was excellent. Great service and personality. She is a keeper. Will come back for dinner and highly recommend. I have been to other chilli grills but this was was the best ever.
Loved the hostesss! Loved the food! Loved the service! Loved the atmosphere! I ordered the triple dipper: southwestern egg rolls, bug mouth bites, and the honey Chipotle chicken crispers and a strawberry lemonade. Everyone made us feel so welcomed. The hostess was absolutely wonderful.
Melanie is the best server in the business. She’s sweet, attentive and caring! She anticipates and pays close attention to your dining needs. Chili’s is very lucky to have her on staff!
