The ice cream is great, but the service.... that's a different story. They ignore you if you go inside. They are just as rude through the drive thru.

The single worst drive-thru DQ I've been to. I got in line and before I could even say anything they stated "We're not making ice cream right now." I said "do you have the pre-frozen take home treats?" They responded with "I can't hear you" after going back and forth with this a couple times and that was their only response, I left. On my way out of the drive thru, I saw all 3 workers sitting in a booth with their headsets on and their phones in their hands as they proceeded to show obscene gestures towards me for no reason.

Did not get what I paid for, when it was brought to the staff’s attention, they just squirted chocolate in my cup. Instead of remaking the blizzard. Very unprofessional. Then proceeded to talk about the fact that I had a complaint, while I was still in the store. No worries!! I will NOT be back at this location!!!

I stood at the counter for almost 45 minutes before someone took my order. All the employees were in the back carrying on. They would serve drive thru and go right to the back again. They need new people working there. I took my stuff to go but they didn't give me a bag or lid for my things.

Was a quick stop for the kids but service was friendly and pretty fast. No line when we went through the drive-thru and the food was hot. The server included everything we needed for our meal in the bag including napkins and straws. Didn't have to ask for anything because they took care of it and told us it was in the bag already as they handed it to us. Appreciated this proactive approach to customer service. It really makes a big difference when you're trying to feed your family after a long day out.

This is the worst location I have visited amongst the DQ franchise. It is completely volatile and unreliable, with a different excuse each time. This location never has the promotional items listed and marketed on their signs. Also, they close at unpredictable times or post notes on the doors and windows that there is construction, they’re all out of inventory, the power is out, the machines are down, etc. I never leave reviews, but after countless terrible experiences, I thought the owner may be interested in the current atmosphere of their business. If you can imagine an excuse, it has probably been used any time I try to visit this location and I am surprised this location has even been able to stay in business.
