Good food & great margaritas at a fair price. Best Mexican food in NW Ark.
Always awesome food. Dacquaris are always good. Service is always great.
Great food at a great price! The atmosphere is fun and it's quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in Fayetteville!
Best Mexican food in Fayetteville, hands down. Great for large parties, business meetings, or just to grab dinner with friends. Not to mention, excellent margaritas.
Rigo and Alex are amazing waiters! We travel the extra couple miles just to go to La Huerta on College!
Great Mexican Food. Very friendly and courteous staff.
Love the margaritas and the service! My friends and I always get treated like queens on our lady's nights!
My favorite sit in Mexican restaurant! Yummy food and a great price.
Have nothing but great things to say about you guys. The service is always great waiters always nice as could be. I don't know how anyone could speak bad about these people my favorite Mexican restaurant in Fayetteville
We LOVE La Huerta! Great food, great margaritas, and great prices!
I grew up on this place, so I am biased. La Huerta is Mexican food to me. This place started the white cheese dip, I don't care what anyone says. Chips and salsa are great as well. The service is annoyingly fast. The only sit down restaurant you can go at lunch hour and get out in 30 minutes. Everyone loves their margaritas. The price is right too. Some people would say the ground beef quality is just average, but I love it. Fajitas and Stevens Special are mass favorites.
I've been to La Huerta twice, once on Crossover and once on College. Visits were about 6 months apart. The salsa is perfect. Margaritas are quite good and fairly large (my boyfriend and I split one last time). Food is pretty good, not exceptional but definitely better than some other Mexican restaurants I've tried in Fayetteville.
Fast Service. If you like a server that checks up on you several times during your meal you aren't going to get that here. You will however get cheap decent food very quickly. I really like the Steven special, it is pretty basic but consistently good. It is rice and chicken covered in queso.
Fast, great queso, cheap/strong marguiritas!. Moved to the east coast, and as much as I love the Lebonese, Italian, Cambodian, Greek food here... I sure do miss this place... and their queso. Can't wait to eat there tomorrow. May ship some jars of their cheese dip to Bean Town. ;) Yum!
From out of town and the food was great and service was extremely fast. Best in Fayetteville
Fun place to go with friends on the weekend. The food is pretty good tasting if you aren't looking for authenticity. Food tastes great and fun laid back atmosphere.
Yum!. For quick, cheap, hot (as in temperature) and tasty Mexican, it's great. I went with 4 of my co-workers. Our waiter was quick with the drink refills and didn't charge one of my co-workers extra for all of her substitution requests on her lunch item (veggies instead of beans, lemons, pico, etc). I love the salsa and my only wish is that they would put them in individual bowls so we can double dip.
Very Satisfied. What I like about the ground beef they use in some of the dishes is that it is NOT loaded with chili powder. So I understand some of the negative comments about the food being a little bland but I actually like it that way because you actually taste the meat and not just spice. The salsa is good and can be added to things for more punch if you prefer spicier. Lunch specials are very cheap and much better than anything Taco Hell has to offer. (Personally I can't stand the taste of TB's ground beef) I've never had problems with slow service so I don't understand those comments either. I may go to other Mexican places from time to time but I will still return to La Huerta as well.
The pineapple fajitas were amazing. Service was on par and the white cheese dip is awesome

+4.5
Tuesdays are 2 for 1 Margaritas night, and they are fantastic
WOW!!!. Only one word, FAB!!!! Food always has good flavor!
Great service great food. Recommended by the hotel clerk. The service was great. Glasses were never empty-we were a group of 6 that had just finished a baseball game so we were hot and thirsty. Everything tasted fresh. The chicken fajitas were the best I have ever eaten. Portions were large along with sides. Did not walk away hungry. Will be a regular stop whenever we are in town.
Good. The chili relleno is great here. Tastes almost New Mexican. The service was great. This la Huerta is better than some of the other ones. I thought it was good and worth going back to
Love it! THE best cheese dip in NWA. This is my favorite Mexican food. They are prompt & cheap,
Cheap Mex, you get what you pay for, margaritas are big, but watered down and not worth it, food is good enough, how can you go wrong with only four ingredients
The place to go for affordable mexican food.. I am always looking for cheap good food and this defiantly is it. i don't remember the name of the meal but it's the bottom of the lunch special on the left side of the page that starts with an h. it's has eggs, 3-4 soft tortillas, rice and beans. very good. usually have a full serving leftover (per full stuffed tortillas). it is so far the cheapest mexican restaurant i can find in town. i have never run dry with a big as those cups they bring you. love it. fyi, i like to add some of the white cheese dip to the dish that starts with an H that i can not remember what it is called.
Try the Stevens Special! It's not on the menu but it's excellent. A plate of rice covered with fajita chicken and queso, served with flour tortillas... It's the bee's knee's
Good authentic Mexican. I was impressed by the service and variety of food here. I ordered the "special fajitas" with beef, chicken, shrimp and chorizo and loved every bite. I had enough left to take home for lunch the next day. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you want some good mexican food.
Good prices, and consistently good authentic Mexican food.
Great chile rellenos and chimichangas. Pretty quick service. Always our go-to Mexican food joint.
Make Sure.... ...you go to the La Huerta on College. It is much better than the one near Crossover and Mission. La Huerta is the best Mexican I have had in Fayetteville to date. The tacos are very fresh, warm, and crunchy. The tamales are great as well. Contrary to other reviews, I didn't find this place to be dirty at all. It doesn't quite match La Huerta in Russellville, but the food is very good nonetheless.
Love the Fajitas. The Fajitas are very good and the prices are very easy on the budget! The wait staff is very professional and get you the food ASAP! Nights when it is busy, they are running just to make sure you are serviced quickly! Love it!
Fun place to meet for food and drinks. The food tastes great and the drinks are strong. What more could you ask for?
Honestly the flavor of their food isn't quite to my pallet but I've gone quite a few times and have always been able to eat the food. Honestly speaking this place is great, the food is always large in portion and hot coming out, the service is friendly and incredibly quick most of the time, the booths are sectioned off so it has a private feeling, kids love the little coin machines at the door, and the staff has only ever gotten my groups order wrong(understandably btw) once and fixed it instantly and with a super apologetic attitude, quickly getting out the original order and made it pretty hassle free. Even if their food isn't exactly what I would want in Mexican, I've found multiple items from their menu I enjoy and never have a problem with eating there!
Food and drinks were on point but I do wish the service was more consistent but still over all a good birthday dinner today.
CATERING
We had out wedding catered for 140 people. They showed up on time, were great about communication, food was good, their service was great. We used their bartending service as well and got compliments on how friendly the bar tenders were! Would definitely recommend them for catering.
Food was really good and our waiter was great. The guacamole was delicious but had a weird consistency. On the other hand, the cheese dip was really good, 9/10.
I got the Steven Special with beef for my meal and it was great, some of the best steak I've ever had in a Mexican meal.
Great restaurant, would recommend.
Loveee this place , their $1 tacos +tue) is so good. Love their frozen peach margarita it's about 2.99$ at least on Tuesdays. On crossover they have $2 tacos on tue. Their chimmichangas r also very good. The people r super nice there and they give away free shirts once a year.
