Loafin' Joes is a nice little place to stop and get a bite if you are on the Square. The only problem is that the food is a little bland and you could easily make most of what they serve at home. The fresh bread is fine but a little bland and floury. I had the Veggie D-Lite and some of their homemade potato chips (those were overcooked). Certainly not bad food just not that good.
The homemade BBQ chips are best dipped in ranch.
Best delivery food in Fayetteville by far! We Had the country club, French dip & half bakes last week, all very good. Half bakes are my favorite thing on the menu. Kinda pricey but if you don't wanna get off the couch - this is the best option.
The pepperoni pizza is the best in town. It used to be cheaper for the carryout but they upped the price due to missing customers or something, seems empty these days. Still a good deal though way better then eurika, dominoes, the hut, ect.
Tasty!. Great food and huge portions! Love every sandwich I have had here. My favorite is the plain home made chips! So good!!! I love them with a side of ranch. :)
A little expensive. I had the Benz, I wasnt sure what was in it because i could not read the menu! They could improve that, The print on the menu was too small. Anyways the waitress said it was good so I ordered it. I didnt realize that it had guacamole on it till i got home and read their menu. Not sure it was worth the 12.76 I felt like there was not enough meat. The bread was awesome though, great flavor and a little crunch the way i like it. the chips were good as well, maybe over priced as well. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food. We had one 12" and 2 6" subs 2 orders of chips one water and two teas, it was over 40.00 with tip!
Keep Comin' Back!. Loafin' Joe's is a great family joint that continues to delight. We love the subs and salads, especially the Grinder and the Mouse Trap. Service was awesome, and we even got comped a free dessert for pretty much no reason at all. We will "keep comin' back" to Joe's because it really is one of the best sub shops in all of Fayetteville. Love the homemade ranch dressing and the Jalapeno Garlic Cheese Bread. Yum..it makes me want to order again right now! Keep on groovin' at Joe's! See you next time!
Awesome subs, except for their meatball very gross taste like frozen meatballs and their chips have a ton of salt on them but otherwise very good!!
Forget Subway. I highly recommend "ben's favorite".
The smokin joe & homemade chips were both awesome.
GREAT!. Loved the food and the atmosphere. The place used to be a gas station, so the look of everything is really cool. The food was great and the service staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this joint.
Love It!!. Have your tried the chips? The subs? The BIG salads? The pizza?? My family and I love all of it especially the BBQ chips!! There is no way to eat just one, but there is also no way to finish the bag b/c there are so many!!
Love the pizza!! I'm a hand-tossed crust eater and it is delicious!! Easy to pick up and take home. Perfect for a busy family and cheap for only $4.95.
Did you know they have someone that makes their bread from scratch everyday? Valerie is amazing!
Tim hand slices all the veggies, meats, and cheeses, and makes the homemade potato chips. Where else do you find this???
If it has been awhile since you have been to Loafin Joe's, go again soon!! Great family owned business (since 1991) that loves their customers, and you can TASTE the integrity in the product they serve!!!
Have to order the ranch or BBQ chips!
Pricey, but good.. Whenever I can, I try to give local businesses a shot and Loafin' Joe's on Mountain keeps me coming back.
A little pricey, but good. Top 5 sandwich places in Fayetteville.
Sunday Sandwich. Ragin Cajun' nuff said. But homemade chips are good as well as carry out pizza for 5$, subs can get kinda pricey if drink is ordered... also open on Sundays!
I like it....... I love the taste of pizza they have.....amazing
Only dirty commies don't like to loaf around like Joe. And who likes smelly old Russia anywho?
USA, USA, USA!
P.S. I apologize to any Russians offended. If it makes you feel any better, I always play as Zangief in Street Fighter.
Awesome bread!. I'm not really a bread person, so it took me a while to want to try Loafin' Joe's. I finally did and ordered the Chicken Fajita sub. I really liked it! So... a few days later, I ordered it again. Then I ordered the Uncle Eddie's pie... yum! Now I'm hooked. Sooooo much better than Tim's Pizza (which never really impressed me, to be honest). When I want a good pie, Loafin' Joe's is where I think of first.
The last time I ordered a pie, I also got a chef's salad. Of course, I wasn't disappointed with that, either.
Great subs. Great toasted subs and love the homemade ranch chips.
Great Food, Unique Location. Loafin Joe's is located right off the Fayetteville square. The building was once a service station that was renovated and converted into the Loafin Joe's locals have come to love. The sandwiches are excellent, but the homemade ranch chips are my favorite part of the meal.
A simple sandwich shop. I didn’t find it any overwhelming, but pretty decent one. We visited late in hour, while just before it was closing. The staff were nice however, was rushing for the closing. Pretty understandable, no hard feeling. There was no customers except us. Again it was late in hour. I ordered an Italian sandwich, whereas my husband ordered a salad. Both the dishes were fine, and decent, nothing extra ordinary tho.
Have always been a big fan of their sandwiches including the Country Club and the French Dip. Tried a veggie pizza today and I will say I really liked it especially the thin crust. Service by Sara was exceptional as well. Well done, Joe!
Fantastic sandwiches 🥪
Had the Country Club and S.O. had the Meatball sub. Absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, great service and good atmosphere. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to other sub sandwich restaurants.
Hubs and I popped by for a late lunch, after the rush, and sat outside. I think our server must've been at the end of her shift because she was not around much -- other servers seemed to be more attentive.
I enjoyed a chicken club on rye and hubs had a Rajin' Cajun on wheat. Both were delicious! Wish they came with a side of some sort. The non-alcoholic beverages are pricey!! Would've been cheaper to have a beer.
Food was excellent! Great experience in downtown Fayetteville! Weather was great and food was even better! Tons of sandwiches to chose from with homage chips, homemade bread and small pizzas!
