Unsure why there were 4 people working when three girls sat in the back on their phones doing nothing, while the lovely girl with the glasses and red hair was helping customers and making orders. I also tried to give my tip, just to her, after watching this for two people before me, and 6 more after while I ate my ice cream. Even honest, she put it in the tip jar, to share with the lazy girls in the back. She’s a great employee. She was kind, and gave great service. So I left 5 stars.

Always a wonderful location, friendly staff and lots of choices for treats on a hot summer day. They also have very tasty soft pretzels.

Last Sunday morning and arrived 2 hours too early, as they open at 12....This is my post yoga ritual when I travel home to Philly...The owner had come to retrieve something from the store and I explained that I grew up in the area, but lived in SC now...Told him my fav was chocolate and that in SC, we don't get all the flavors... He unexpectedly came out with a cup of chocolate water ice.. Thank you..It was awesome! Will be back whenever I get to visit home..and appreciate your hospitality!!

Come here often! So much flavors and treats to choose from! The best in town! Staff is nice and helpful! Very courteous and friendly! Always have a smile on their face! Will come back real soon! Yummy! I get the misto shake,water ice,or blendini! Sometimes I get custard! I also get gelatos too! Will try a milkshake! Never run out of flavors and always have just what you want! Not a single complaint! Always give you what you want! Nothing bad! Excellent service! I’m so glad I live close by! They open late February but the sooner the better! Free water ice on opening day and first day of spring! I’ve known a couple people who were employees here! Super clean! Not enough I can say about this! There is also a little dog bowl so when you bring your dog, you’re dog can drink from the bowl! Never messed up a single order!

The owner is so nice and friendly! I always look forward to getting my water ice here and being waited on by Hanna. She has such a great personality and warn smile plus nice ink!

Had my Gelati and pretzel! Prices like everything else has spiked but I love to get it every so often plus it's soooo good!

This Rita's is clean ,bright, with ample parking. Very efficient staff handle customers quickly. Also available space to enjoy your water ice.

Stopped at this Rita's, parking lot eadier to navigate and enter/exit that other Rita's. Very nice staff. They get extra piints from me for having Key Lime flav oh r, which some other Rita's rarely have. Clean and nice place
