Review Mcdonald's - Feasterville

Ordered got confused. Ordered unsweetened tea, they brought sweet tea. Ordered white milk, they brought chocolate, ordered cheeseburger happy meal plus six piece nuggets, they only brought happy meal. Luckily, this all happened at the window. I'm the end, I got the right order because I was on top of it.

Stopped here last night after the Carnival around 11:53 and a wasted trip to the closed Taco Bell down the street. Waited in the drive thru to get up to the menu to place our order and the menu screens go black. Some smart young kid gets on the intercom and says we only have a few McChickens and Nuggets left. I asked him, why wouldn’t you come outside and tell people you only had a few items left there’s a lot of cars out here. He said, Thankfully we closed 2 minutes ago. I have been servicing the public for many years and in sales.. if an employee worked for me and treated my customers that way, I would have no use for them. When you leave 2 young boys to run a restaurant I guess you can’t expect too much. To think the service would have been better in the county compared to the city. The only fast food restaurant that is always consistent and runs as a team abs appreciates their customers.. CHICK-FIL-A!! Your staff could learn a thing or 2 from the teens that work there.

Mobil ordered for curbside pickup. Person was very friendly and the service was prompt and accurate!!! Thanks.

The food was delicious. The service was fast. My only issue was the cashier was wearing a mask, and I couldn't understand a word she said. Other than that, it was a good experience. This is a good McDonald's. Professional management, food is hot ,fresh and delicious.

Waited in drive thru for almost 40min to get 2 completely unsalted and overcooked beyond blindly edible large fries. How many fries are you wasting while being that busy, for them sitting around long enough to burn? Update 12/9- ordered 2 mcdoubles w/ bacon, no mustard & extra pi miles. GOT 2 cheesebirgers with bacon, no mustard, no onions and an extra pickle slice. Also ordered 2 large fries with extra salt and got 2 large fries without a crystal of salt and ICE COLD. This location is getting worse.

Usually clean and employees are fast. This time 2 cheeseburgers took 10 minutes but it was busy so they get a bit of leeway.

This McDonald's runs like a well oiled machine. Consistently great food, great staff. Well done.

I don’t know what’s going on late at night between 11pm-12am when you actually close. But the drive thru is horrible. The electronic order taker tells you there closed so most people drive away. Then like tonight I waited over 15 mins. While everyone behind me left. And still never got my order taken. You loose so much bussiness between late hours before you close. I don’t know what you all are doing. $13 should make people want to work harder. Just saying. Very disappointed just wanted something hot and didn’t want to make it myself after I just got out of work late.

You need to fire that red head manager Rebekah. She's unprofessional, and looked at me suspiciously when I questioned the cost of my meal. She even was rude about giving me a plastic bag to hold my purchase in. Also do something about your prices!! $14 for 20 pc nuggets, large fries and 2 large chocolate shakes?? Please!!!

I hate that this place is so close and i love McDonald's but this place has the worst people working there every time i go i have problems with my orders
