We do carryout from the store every couple of weeks. The staff are always very busy when we go in, but they're very polite and helpful. We've done business with them since they opened, and always prefer this store.
Order pizza when I was in pevely and when I got to fenton 25 mins later it was not even started. Waited 30 mins with my hungry kids in the car.
Worst experience ever! Ordered boneless and plain wings. Delivery took 2 hours and 15 minutes. I called to get refunded. Explained i understood staffing issues. Mgr said we always call. Said i got no call. Cancel order because Imos would have been there in 30 minutes. Mgr hung up on me!!
