My experence at this location, in Ferndale on April 9 late afternoon was horrible. I tried to call in my order and they were not answering their phone and when I got there the excuse was they were busy working. It took 45 minutes to get my sub because the people there were doing the online orders
Don't bother ordering ahead online or by phone. They make the walk in orders before they look at yours. And if someone else walks in while you're STILL waiting, they make their food before yours again, so get ready to wait even longer. Walked out empty handed after waiting 45 minutes to get my order
The sub in the tub used to be a packed tub. Now it fills a third of the container, more expensive and the order was wrong. Will not waste my time or money with this lousy company ever again. Go back to Jersey
The food was fine but the service was really bad. They told me my order was ready at 5:10 I got there and they didn't have my order. Had to wait 15 minutes.
