Best service ever, I have been a customer at this particular White Castle since I was a baby. My grandparents literally lived right behind it for many years. Out of all my years I received the BEST customer service I have ever gotten at this location last night at 2 am on Monday morning 3/28/2022...

. Order incorrect. Servers like to argue if told order was incorrect several times as though they wanted to fight.food was stale, onions burnt, bread hard. We ordered plain cheese burger sliders. And one plain slider just meat and bread. They still couldn't get order correct. we'
Look at this it don’t make any sense I only have a pick up order that will sit and get cold because the line is out to the street
yeah so i ordered food for a group of people, like 50 sliders. that was it. 50 sliders, one drink. they were SO rude the whole time and just had an attitude the entire time they were completing the order. they didn’t even come to complete payment until almost 10 minutes of us sitting at the window.
Don't understand how they have you sitting in line for 4ever and still give cold food. The fries kinda warm yet super greasy with no salt. Don't mind the wait if you gone prepare the food as if you was eating it. Should've followed my 1st mind and went to coney.
