The best tropical smoothie location in Michigan, every time I go my smoothie taste the same every time. It’s not watered down or too sweet it’s Perfect!!! Also, they have the best employees ever. They give us a warm welcome from the time we walk in until we walk out the door. I love the Ferndale location!!!!
I absolutely love this little place. The staff is courteous and prompt about taking your order and getting it to you... I've only tried two smoothie's so far and I liked em both. Detox smoothie and Triple berry oat awesome

This location in Ferndale is great...I downloaded the app so I can preorder what I want & then I just walk in to the counter and pick up my items. The cranberry truffle is so DELICIOUS!!!
So busy, but so clean. Even though it was busy, the employees were incredibly kind and multi tasking like champs. Definitely my favorite Tropical Smoothie in the area. I'll drive out of my way and get out of my car to go here.
😡so today I visited this place. No welcome to tropical smoothie nothing. The young lady who was making the smoothies was very angry 😠 she was slamming the blinders down had a bad attitude for what reason I don't no why rolling her eyes smh. I here she was a crew manager smh she was a African American young lady ponytail a kind of thick she or others weren't wearing any gloves or hair net's that's a f in not being clean. The young man who was working at the cash register to me to come up by signaling me with his fingers wow this was at 10am.so we had a stare off until I broke and said what I wanted wow they have no respect for customers at all. Not visiteding this place again and to the owner please you say the same to everyone who makes a bad review please you won't do a thing.
Awesome service. Love seeing a business full of black young women taking care of the neighborhood. They weren’t all ghetto and loud either. They act like they have sense and do a good job fulfilling orders in a timely manner. 4 stars because my drink wasn’t that cold, idk what the preparation process is but definitely make mines with more ice chips, no one wants a Luke warm smoothie.
We love their smoothies and sandwiches. But the kale slaw is amazing. A great place to go if you're looking to watch your calorie intake. Everything that I have tried there has been amazing.
