Very good. My style cafe’. Highly recommended. I’m from the South, so I know my sausage biscuits and gravy and this cafe has the best ones within 100 miles! Hit it up, you won’t be disappointed.

Great food at great prices! Always busy but never too long of a wait. Staff is nice and polite and seem to know many of the customers by name and are happy to see them come in! Nice homely vibe! Did i mention the food is really good!?

I have been able to enjoy the family atmosphere of fresh homemade cooked food morning, noon, or night. Whether I am in town or out of town but when I come to Ferndale that is the only place I choose to dine. When I have friends or family meet up we meet there. Cedars has the best waitresses that I know of. the service is amazing. the people are so bubbly and I am blessed that when I walk in there I know for my money I'm going to be fully satisfied with joy and good food... Cedar's is in class of its own... �
I had the best service and steak dinner tonight at cedars. It has such a great home town Ferndale environment, and the servers were courteous and kind :) My family have been coming here for years and we have always been treated well. ❤️
We eat here when ever we get to Ferndale, it is always very good ...people are friendly and we enjoy it ....

Excellent breakfast. Only sad because I couldn't eat all my blueberry pancakes, and then we forgot to take the leftovers! '
I've only ever had the clubhouse sandwich and it was very good along with the homemade potato salad. Please note that their prices have changed so if you do a to go order it will be more than you think

My family loves Cedar's! It has a great small town feel where the waitress remembers your favorite things to order and always remembers that you don't like tomatoes on your food. The prices are reasonable and the food is great. Breakfast all day is a bonus!

The service was a little slow. And true it looks like a very old wood building but the food was good. They recently revamped the menu and you can get breakfast all day now. Love it. Other parts of the restaurant have been revamped too. If you haven't been here in a while maybe it's time to try it again!
Cedars Restaurant is a diamond in the rough. It's an historic location with the ambience to match. The food looks excellent (we had the wings), the staff are very attentive, and the overall experience is exactly what we had anticipated and hoped for. NEXT VISIT will be to the attached lounge (Outlaws Saloon) to enjoy this section of the space. From what we have read it sounds as though this may become a regular visit for us, at least on Thursdays for their WING nights! Can't wait!
Aged interior is hidden the best gem! Great friendly service and portions are large, so beware- ordered the Cedar’s appetizer and wow that thing can feed 4 people.
Had the clam chowder based on the server’s recommendation and it did not disappoint. Also had the fish and chips and it was delicious!
Will be back to try the breakfast menu.
Favorite of my friend & I. Have had everything from omelettes to the AMAZING grilled chicken burger to the scrumptious artichoke chicken dinner that, like the other wonder dinner selections comes w/your choice of soup or salad, (loaded) baked potato& veggies! 2 large chicken breasts & a VERY large amount of food (I always get @ LEAST 2 meals out of 1 dinner 🍽 😋)

We stopped by Cedar's while visiting my brother and were pleasantly surprised. The strawberry waffle was excellent and the Big Cedar inlet was not big, it was huge! The eggs were fluffy and the hollandaise sauce was smooth and creamy. Everyone's meals were great. Our service was friendly and fast. Everyone worked as a team to make for an enjoyable experience.
