Generally fresh and tasty and good customer service. Just specify weather you want homestyle or spicy... I didn't and got a spicy chicken that I couldn't eat. I called and it was quickly replaced, but with a plane chicken instead of the asiago that I'd originally ordered.
Coke machine was out of over half the added flavors, ketchup dispenser wasn’t working and we pretty much had to beg for other condiments. Employees were on break in the dining area watching videos on their phone as loud as could be.
I didn't care for the food I got or the customer service I probably won't go to Wendy's again for a while. Not the worst place but I'm more of a McDonald's girl
Wendy invented the original hamburger, which was square. She's lost her original focus and is now putting the original burgers, which are very old at this point, into something they call "chili". Weird ⁸
Breakfast sandwiches were very good. Much better than other breakfast sandwiches.
We also ordered two coffees, but one was piping hot, the other was luke warm.
