Probably one of the worst visits today. Order a Cheddar chulpa box was told they no longer have it and haven't for a while (still on the menu) then order 3 tacos no lettuce (one has more cheese then meat) the shells are stale, order cheesy fiesta potatoes and get no plastic silverware to eat it with and no napkins. I understand that menus change put a sticker over the item like you did the Mexican Pizza, make sure items aren't stale and for $7.19 it's worth ordering. I don't even have $2.00 worth of food between the tacos.

Look. I understand there is an issue with new hires and all that. But today was the last straw. My order is always wrong at this location. Today, I ordered a combo and asked for the taco soft, no lettuce (for my kid) and 2 potato tacos no sauce. I even checked one of the potato tacos before I drove away because I hate the sauce, and it was fine. Tell me why I just got home and have a soft taco with lettuce and a 2nd soft taco with nothing on it but potatoes and Chipotle sauce? THE ORDER ON THE SCREEN WAS RIGHT 2 OF THE SAME THING. I shouldn't have to check every single item in my order before I drive away. It wasn't busy. I just cannot even come up with a reasonable excuse for this.

Nothing like ordering extra sauce and getting ZERO!!! If you could all just care 2% it would be so much better!! This is the first time I have given them a chance. And they screw it all up!! So simple!

Honestly, inexcusable.
Ordered two of the new chicken sandwich tacos, and they were both burnt to all hell with one having almost no chicken at all and being quite literally as hard as a rock, no exaggeration. Even the meat was almost black. (See photos) The other one had a portion of chicken at least closer to what’s expected, but was still burnt to the point of the breading alone being almost as hard as the other piece of chicken. Let’s not even mention the fact that on top of all of this, the jalapeños were forgotten on both of them.
Worst thing is; this isn’t a case of someone forgetting something, or making a slight error and deciding to still send out an order, but one of your employees blatantly stuffing chicken rocks into a shell and sending them out to your customers.
Will not be coming back, certainly.

They can never get my order right !! Taco Bell wants to charge me for extra toppings but when I get my order I don't have my extra toppings so awesome I'm glad I just paid for something that I'm not getting. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, I will not be giving them anymore of my money. Literally wasted all my food because none of it was right and I live 15 minutes away and I'm not wasting anymore gas when they should of gotten the order right the first time.

I’ve never reviewed any fast food restaurant before, but this Taco Bell is the best I’ve ever been to. Super clean (not sticky like most), extremely friendly and helpful service (even offering to remake the quesadilla without spice for my toddler, without being asked!) and very clean bathrooms with changing tables in both men’s/women’s bathrooms.

Always had our order wrong, took slot of stuff we liked off menu, they advertise their Mexican pizza for two months now and still don't have it in! Also on commercial always have slot of meat and toppings in everything but when you order it there is very little meat and toppings if they remember to put them in! To me that's false advertisement!

Seriously one sauce packet allowed per item purchased, I usually put two sauce packets on each tacos, and when I asked for more the employee got rude with me and I asked politely! And told me he put packs of sauce in my bag when I looked there was one per item. What a freaking joke! I'll just go to Chipotle from now on it's closer anyways to my office
