Waited in line for 30 minutes for my online order. A simple coffee and a sandwich. This is insane. Don’t go here if you plan on getting your food in a reasonable time. The person behind me didn’t do an online order, got their drink before me, and left. I will be going to Tim hortons from here on out
Drive thru was pretty busy so I went inside. Figured that would be quicker but honestly drive thru would have been faster. Theyhave enough staff to tend to both front counter & drive thru to efficiently get both done quickly & with ease. (I know this because I recently worked at a Dunkin that was 1
Only giving 1 star because at least the employee was somewhat nice. Ordered iced coffee, got a cup of caramel mix with no ice or coffee to be seen. Pretty gross. 👌
People are rude, unprofessional, let somebody in line by the cashier waiting to place an order for more than 20 minutes as there are noone in there waiting to be attended. Finally I gave up and left, I strongly reccommend to not order from the Findlay Ohio store.

Great service! Preston at the front counter answered any questions since we we’re new customers. Kenzie was very helpful when our orders got mixed up with another customers!
We don't have a Dunkin Donut in our state and this was our first experience, it did not disappoint! Coffee was great and donuts were fresh and amazing!
Going on half hour in line at the drive-thru. Cars leaving left and right, terrible service here. If you don't have enough people to operate this business, don't bother opening the drive-thrue at all.
