Some of the best hard scoop ice cream I've ever had! They had plenty of flavors to choose from too. We tried the birthday cake and coconut cream pie. 👌🏼
One of the GEM in city, I love this home made ice creams. The 4 sampler is the best concept here, I wish other stores adapt this concept as well. My all time favourite is coconut pie, all the flavours are very good…… I like to eat different flavours every time I visit here.

One word, delicious! Handel’s is certainly, in my opinion, one of the best ice cream spots in Indy! If you do get a chance to enjoy a delicious treat, be aware the lines tend to be quite long but it is well worth the wait. They have so many flavors to choose from as well as cone, shake, cup & sundae
Busy weekend night at Handel's for good reason - best selection, service, & ice cream! First time taking our preschooler, and we'll definitely make this a habit. There's nothing out there that comes close.
This was a great experience and good service with friendly staff. They have delicious ice cream. I love their Extra thick chocolate milkshake! You’re definitely not gonna go wrong with this place! Enjoy!
Came here on Father's Day. It was busy, but the line moved quickly, and we were at the front before we knew it. The selection is a bit overwhelming, but I had the pineapple upside-down cake on a cone. And it was absolutely delish. It would be fun trying all the different flavors. The price is reason
Fast and accurate service handled the many customers before us. I enjoyed the black cherry and my taste of the black walnut was wonderful too.
I especially appreciated the later hours as they allowed us to end a special day with something sweet
I confirmed my suspicion that I was lactose intolerant here. Great ice cream, huge portions. Will risk my stomach issues again here.
It was a hot day, and my husband suggested ice cream. The lady working there was super nice and got our order quickly. The ice cream was just what the Dr ordered! Only fault was I wished they had more choices.

I’m not from the area so my group shared two 4 scoop samplers- That turned into a perfect way to experience Handel’s.
I recommend the Tin Lizzy, black raspberry chunk, peanut butter parfait, and graham central station.
If you're anywhere within an hour of this place and you've never been, it is a must visit. Some of the best I've cream you'll find anywhere and everything Ismael in house. Lines can get to be a little long, but is well worth the wait. They have a flavor for everyone!

Handles ice cream always has the best flavors which makes it hard to decide. No matter what you choose it is almost always a great choice. I always like the dark double chocolate chunk paired with banana cream pie ice cream, yummmm!
Love Handel’s Ice Cream! Their staff is so friendly and the ice cream is always delicious. I recommend the hurricanes especially cookie dough and snickers!
Edit: Messing up is something that happens unfortunately, but when owners care enough to make things right, that will always stand out more to me than what went wrong. I’ll be back.
