My family has been coming here for 7 years and we have never had a bad experience until today. But we are happy that the ownership has taken steps to contact me and my wife and make it up to us. I truly am sorry that in all the 7 great years of coming to CR Heroes that I never left a good review, I really should have left one. The management was prompt to help and I can honestly say that I will continue to bring my family back. This is a family ran business and the quality in our numerous times has been above and beyond our wildest expectations. The great times truly outnumbered this one off time. If you are near CR Heroes, or are simply looking for an absolutely great place that serves great food, then go to CR Heroes and you can just thank me later. Best tenderloin in the state, and yes I've tried them all. I also recommend the pretzels as a starter, although the fried pickles are also absolute ๐ฅ too.
The food was delicious! The waitress was amazing, when we told her it was our first time she offered a soft baked pretzel with cheese. The food was so yummy and such a large selection.. ๐๐๐
This was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back! The atmosphere is very kid friendly and they have an excellent variety of food and specialty drink items just for kids. The menu has so many things to choose from so everyone with you will definitely find something they like. Make sure you order the pretzels for an appetizer. All our food was great and the service was very friendly. Our only disappointment is that we didn't find this place sooner!
We've been here several times with family. The food and service has always been great. The potato charcuterie sounds ridiculous, but it's amazing! Whoever thought of it is a genius! It's one of the things we look forward to when we visit family in the Indy area.
We always enjoy going to Cr Heroโs. Their kids menu is amazing!! So many options, Mac n cheese is a huge helping!! Their kids drinks are fun and come with a little toy on top. Itโs kid featured in here, items on the wall are comic book themed, arcade games in the back, giant tvs on the wall and the list goes on.
Weโve never had bad service here, pretty attentive.
They do have a large menu, make some items homemade such as ranch. You must try their chocolate chip cookies!
Itโs a bit loud for me there sometimes, but Iโm sensitive to sounds at times and there are a ton of tvs!
Always a great experience when we go. Kids love the atmosphere and drink drinks they offer for kids. The chocolate shakes are the best in Indiana!

Great restaurant! Food was awesome as was the service. Loved the heroes theme throughout from superheroes to local firefighters and police and more. Great menu for a family. Took our niece and nephew and their mom and there were plenty of choices for everyone.
Food is great..but Michael takes your order and you never see him again. He needs some remediation in how to be a good server...first being to pay attention...
Two visits, two great experiences. First time was the philly cheese steak and build your own burger. Second time was chicken- buffalo chicken salad and chicken wrap. Pretzels both times were worth the appetizers choice. Quality prepared meals, friendly service, and unique atmosphere helps to make this one worth seeking out!
