Great service! Love the outdoor seating! Always tastes really good and has lots of options. It’s hard not to buy hundreds of pints to take home. Good location and staff is very nice. If there is a line then it goes by quick and is worth your time for the best ice cream ever!!

Graeter's makes my family's favorite ice cream. My favorite flavor is unfortunately seasonal (strawberry chocolate chip), but I suppose that makes it seem even more special during the spring when it's available. There are tons of flavors, something for everyone. The line when we last stopped was out the door, but the wait wasn't long at all. Great staff and great tasting ice cream.
Best ice cream in the planet. Chocolate chips the size if your head and the creamiest since liquid silk. Save your money for some real ice cream. Shown below chocolate coconut almond and another angelic flavor I can't remember
Always liked their ice cream but the kids working there need to put different flavors in a cup side by side not on top of each other, common sense goes a long way. At least they were nice!

Greater's is always so good! I love the ice cream and I've never once had a problem with the staff. It's a little expensive but still amazing! 10/10 would recommend.
The peach ice cream is fantastic. I like all of their choices, but I'm always glad when July/August rolls around. The service was great, as well, especially since a large crowd was present...despite the crazy road construction! The young women served everyone with efficiency and pleasantries.
Ever been on one of those random quests for something like ice cream out of the blue? You know, it's almost 10:00 at night, and someone says, hey! Let's go get some ice cream! Sounds great until you realize nothing is open. Except Graeter's. We had no idea it was even there, and after a Google search for ice cream, we were well on our way to getting what we wanted. And not only that, we ended up getting ice cream from one of the most gourmet ice cream places you can think of. Super cool! Love it.
Love that they have a dairy free option now. And it's really good. They have been well staffed the past few visits we have made. Their ice cream is unique. Whenever I ask my children where they want to go for ice cream, Graeter's is usually the response.

Despite being packed and busy, the line went smoothly and people who waited on us were kind and model employees. I recommend this location. The ice cream was delicious as per usual.
One of the best ice cream shops in the area. Pricey but a single scoop is huge. The chip flavors are a specialty but all the flavors are good. Only downside....if you get a new person on a busy night you will get half scoops. But that is rare
Four of us came after dinner, already knowing the ice cream was great. We couldn't have anticipated the awesome customer service. The crew appeared to all be teenagers, and they were friendly, fun, and really knew the product. They made recommendations, and they were spot on. What a super experience!
Yummy ice cream and good service. Too many favorite flavors to list, but black raspberry chip, mint chocolate chip, and coconut chocolate chip are my go to flavors.

Favorite ice cream shop in the area. On the pricey side (especially when compared to Handels) and has a smaller selection, but their ice cream is delicious. Chocolate dipped waffle cone with chocolate chip cookie dough is hands down the best. Their employees have always been super friendly. You can sit indoors or outdoors with plenty of seating in both places.
