Probably the best Jimmy John's location in Indianapolis. Service is always very fast and the sandwiches are delicious!
Jimmy johns is usually pretty good and this time was no different. One of the ladies that was running the register was a little hard to hear, but I had a lot going on.
This is one of our go-to JJ’s and we have always had pretty good experiences, so I’m giving four stars even though I was not happy with my order tonight. My usual is the BLT Unwich and again ordered one this evening. For some reason, the worker put shredded lettuce in the Unwich. Why???? I didn’t request it, and in all the years I have ordered this sandwich this it has never happened. Is the BLLT Unwich something new? I hope not! (Yes, I picked it all off, and there was a lot of it!).
March 10, Editing to add: I just saw the JJ’s owner’s reply and went to the website. I am unable to complete the form because I don’t know the exact date, time and order number so I left that blank. Also, I do not see the reason for having to input my home address, which I also left blank; my email should be sufficient to submit the comments but I’m unable to do so without entering all that other required information.

Good and fast sandwiches. Had my first sandwich was made wrong on this visit but was quickly resolved after I drove back there. Been ordering from here for a long time now was the first time so it wasn't a problem. The staff was professional and quick. They do seem to need more staff so a budget for higher pay to get people in may be needed to keep this store running as good as it can be. Would definitely recommend this store all around though food is prepared fast and to a great quality. Keep up the great work yall.

Yesterday I placed a delivery order for our office online but I put the wrong address in the system
Jimmy Johns delivered to the address, right on time. When I called looking for our order Mandy at Jimmy John's said that they delivered to the address I put in, but that she would remake the order and send it to our address.

Just left this store on Sunday. There were only 2 employees working the front and store was swamped. The 2 employees were working really fast to get orders taken and put together and yet we’re doing it cheerfully. Awesome job you two!

Amazing crew. I order often as I work around the corner at the law firm, and I have to say that I love the people that work here. Always so very nice and sweet. I especially wanted to thank the gentleman with the hat, glasses, and green-colored mask that delivered to me today at lunchtime. Traffic caused a delay and he called to let me know he didn't forget about me and that he was right around the corner. Give this man a raise. I do not see his name anywhere on the receipt. Thank you for always being so pleasant and the speedy delivery always! Happy Holidays to your wonderful team! ❤❤❤

THE PEPE ADD CUCUMBERS WITH a oatmeal raisin cookie…. EVERYTHING! Also my son is a leater but he loves the plain number one slim so nice to not have to get him fast food we are obsessed with Jimmy Johns! Very good sandwich shop. Clean. Got the beach club. Very good.
It was the slight fender bender I got into in the parking lot that wasn't so cool. Cost me (well insurance) about $1100 for a couple faint scratches. It'll catch up to me later as our system is set up to do.
According to a body shop that my "victim", who was also enjoying a sandwich in Jimmy John's and took a solid 3 call-outs to be torn away from her heavily-meated not-so-unwich, the bumper needed a full overhaul. 100% removal of said bumper, sanded, repaint and reattachment. During that, all sensors will need checked, rechecked and the owners kids will need a contribution of 1.5% equivalency of the total worth of the 2019 Honda Civic. Because it was pewter volcanic Ash toned (commonly considered as "gray") that paint will need to be remixed in a remote cave near the ruins of Pompeii. When I question this process, it was clearly stated that most body shops actively hose insurance companies this way and has now become a standard to a point that it's completely pointless for individuals to take care of the process themselves.
Totally not the restaurants fault. That sandwich powered my way through the ordeal.
