Why can't we have a Panera Bread in Fishers! Either SR37 or ALLISONVILLE Road area?? The one on 96th Street is always Packed!!!

This Panera sat next to a nice warm indoor gas fireplace! Very busy location that seemed slightly understaffed as floors seemed unswept but during peak lunch hour on a Saturday. Sufficient seating available even though busy. Food good as expected.

Try the new chicken sandwich from Panera. It was really delicious. When I got back home I added some blue cheese dressing with some hot sauce yummy. Next time I'll try the crispy sandwich. I just love going to this location it's so clean. The workers are super nice there will be back soon

My food was amazing! A young, new worker took my order and she was magnificent. While waiting for my food, the young lady making my sandwich was very kind. These two young ladies provided me with and excellent experience. I believe their names were Justice and Jaelyn. Absolutely loved the customer service, as well as my sandwich. Will definitely be returning!

Fantastic customer service and great food. They were out of what I ordered so they offered me what ended up being a lot more food to make sure I was satisfied. I frequent Panera anyway, but I will likely come to this one more often!

Update: got a Tuesday bagel pack and the employee Elijah was above and beyond! He asked us all the right questions, he appreciated us, and made our day better! Thank you for your upbeat attitude Elijah and for being the best employee!!! Love love love Panera Bread! It’s great to be on their loyalty program, makes things a lot easier and cheaper! It’s easy to just set up with you phone number or the app in your phone. With an account you can order at their cool new computer set ups and makes everything quicker! I always get great service here, great food, and will come back time and time again!

The person who took our order was not friendly and did not want to be taking our order. After my less-than-impressive experience, I noticed a rudimentary printed sign that said 'Please use the kiosk to order' near the register, which we didn't notice before we ordered but it explained the interaction. I'm not a fan of places that are in the business of customer service that don't like serving customers and want us to only interact with machines.

Great place to eat, get coffee, meet a friend, or get some work done. Love the fireplace here.

I love the menu. Fresh food. Fast casual service (which is my favorite). I like that they include seasonal menu items. This location has a drive thru.

There were 5 of us in our party, and we were able to still order the strawberry chicken salad (although it had already been taken off the menu, due to changing seasons). Four of the 5 of us ordered that salad, but I was the only one who hadn't ordered it before. I found it delightful, and our group had a great time, as well as ordering pastries "to go"!

Hailey and Sydney (apologies if the names aren't spelled right) were absolutely AMAZING! I was trying to find my receipt from over a month ago and even though we weren't able to find it (it was a long shot anyway), they stayed on the phone and did everything they could to help me. FANTASTIC service!

Often some menu items, and salad ingredients, are not available. Also, often the coffee is just warm, and has lots of coffee grounds. Service is affected by lack of employees. Atmosphere is sometimes noisy, because of loud patrons.
