These are some of the kindest employees ever. My son takes tae kwon do next door I'm often dropping in. They always greet me with a smile and are so welcoming. Kindness matters and I appreciate your kindness so very much.
Excellent service! We were well greeted upon our arrival. Breadsticks were nice and hot and the marinara sauce was served hot as well. We also got asiago cheese sticks. They were freshly baked and very tasty. Employees were very friendly. We ate in. They have about 5 tables, enough to seat about 20 people. Pizza was delicious just like I remember. Brownies were very rich with dark chocolate chips and very good. Thank you so much Donatos for a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work!
Have been ordering various items from this Donato's for years. Always for delivery. I live nearby and it very convenient. Over the course of several years there have been some expected hiccups. Forgotten drink order here or there. But what makes this one special is the way they always step up to make it right. I am a regular and always order Diet Pepsi and always place my order online. On one occasion, I mistakenly ordered regular Pepsi but the store recognized my address and to be sure the delivery driver actually brought both regular and Diet with the suspicion that I had made a mistake! They were right. Great service always. Great attention to detail. I you haven't ever tried Donato's you are missing something. Its something about their pizza sauce that is amazing!
We had a mishap with our delivery. Apparently, when they are busy (more than 60 minutes to deliver) DoorDash kicks in as the delivery service. It happened to us this evening and wow what a mess. The pizzas we got were literally sideways and all smashed hard into one side of the box. I called the store manager and she was awesome. She offered a credit. I just asked for the pizza we ordered to be resent. It arrived in the time she promised and looked perfect. Thank you!
Lesson learned. If your delivery switches to doordash, check the product before the driver leaves. They are not the same as Donato's drivers. It's so frustrating that a poor delivery person got the tip I prepaid.

We regularly order from the Olio rd location and are always satisfied! The cauliflower crust is our favorite, and it's something I look forward to having a couple of times a month. The salads and different bread options are also good. They always seem to have good deals going on as well, I highly recommend signing up for the rewards points!
The animatronic mascot, Donnie the Demented Dragon, "plays guitar" onstage while your family dines. There are several beers on tap, as well as hard liquor on order. I would suggest calling ahead for reservations, as this place can turn into standing-room only pretty quickly. The atmosphere varies from romantic and quiet to your typical bar-room raucous Friday night fistfights. The average pizza ranges from $7 to $55 per large.
The olio location has the friendliest and most upbeat young staff I’ve ever seen. They’re always courteous and genuinely make it a good experience to pick up pizza. My family orders from here a couple times a month and every time we do, the staff is ALWAYS the same fun people. Great job guys!

I cannot say enough great things! We ordered a large order (to feed a 15U baseball team and parents) [Fishers E 116th location]. Ordered online and within minutes management called me to say that the order may take longer than estimated by the online ordering system. And then he called me AGAIN when he knew it wouldn't take as long as anticipated. AND THEN THE FOOD WAS AWESOME! Anyone with teens, or feeding large groups, knows how IMPOSSIBLE it is to make everyone happy. They. Did. The. Trick. We will be ordering from them every time we are in town for baseball! All the love from the 618!!!!
We get the cauliflower crust pizza and it's absolutely delicious. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They also offer military discount, which is greatly appreciate. This location is our go-to pizza place!
I love coming here, the staff is always so nice. I go here at least once every 2 weeks and never had a bad experience. Never seen the staff have a bad day or be rude. They’re the best! ❤️
One of the best pizza places I’ve been to in a LONG time. The staff there is amazing and whenever I’ve had a problem they’ve done more than enough to make it up to me. I honestly don’t mind the dining room being closed, it seems like they do a lot better with one point of sale, cause before it would take them a second to help me even though I would go inside to cut through the line. If you’ve never tried Donatos I would suggest a pepperoni bacon pizza and a cinnamon bread
