I had a problem with my order that then ended up being a problem with a manager. But I was then contacted by a manager and someone from the main office. Both were polite, professional and offered great customer service resolving my issues. I can continue being a happy customer:):)
The only thing that I would strongly recommend to the owner is to have testing wines... The small glasses even if you set them out in 4 for $20 so that that way more of your product gets tested and it's more easily sold... I had a great waitress so I was able to find at least two different wines that I really really like so I could purchase several bottles... Courteous service, incredible ambience, and delicious wine even for somebody who is not a "wine lover" thank you!😁
My son's favorite meal and we probably go there once a week I've never had the staff make any mistake. Everything is fresh and hot. They are kind and we always have the right food best McDonald's I've ever been to!
Me..I get the large sugar free vanilla ice coffee 🥰. My grandchildren like the food menu, I can't comment either way. They have eaten dirt also at age 2 ( just teasing McDonald's). Kids,.eat ANYTHING from McDonald's ( generally speaking). However, we go thru the drive- up window, everyone is nice, efficient and offers my dog a treat every time!

One of the few remaining good McDonald's in the city. Rarely gets an order wrong, staff is pleasant, interior is clean. Can't ask for much else from a McD's.

Store and bathroom generally clean. Service has improved. Faster and friendlier than they used to be.
Food is as expected! Service was lacking. We had ordered a slushy drink with our meal and didn't get it. Came back around the drive thru window for it with the receipt and was told we already got it. Clearly looking in the car...no slushy view. Fries tasted like they were several hours old...nice and limp.
I eat here often and do both curbside pickup and drive thru orders. I’ve now learned not to order curbside pickup on Sundays during the lunch rush. I’ve waited 10+ minutes with no food delivered and have ended up just driving away. Upon further reflection, I should have gone inside to get the food.
On the other hand, the breakfast drive thru is a well oiled machine and is easy and quick.
Was surprised to find the doors locked when I arrived at 6pm Sunday. So I used the drive through. It took longer than usual as the crew was confused on which orders went to which customers. Food was still good.
It’s a dual drive through McDonalds. Fast and popular because of its location. When one of the workers was mean to me , I got a free combo meal. Can’t complain. Good quality McDonalds
Fast service, Fresh Breakfast Sandwiches! Really enjoyed my experience this morning. Definitely one of the better McDonalds in the area in my opinion.
