I went here after going to the Wendy's on 96th street and having a very unprofessional experience at Wendy's. Tre'Veon at Arby's helped with my order n drive thru and he was very nice and polite. Finally, a fast food restaurant still training their employees the right way since that it seems it's hard to find anyone that can help you that has morals, values, and respect nowadays. So I wanted to write this review because ehen you do have a good experience thet person shouldn't go unnoticed. Let's bring excellent customer service back everyone.

Another nice branch. Some Arby's I've been to are pretty gross, so I avoid them, but this one was quite clean.
The food was messy but delicious.
I love Arby's. I don't get a chance to eat there often, but when I do, it's a great day!!! My food was excellent! The cashier lady brought us our food, and I never got a chance to thank her. Overall, although my visits are rare, Arby's is in the top 5 of my eat out restaurants. Go visit them, let them make your day!!!
SUPER staff!!! I went in to get a drink and they were SO KIND! Especially one gentleman who ran the casheir and seemed to be doing a lot to run the restaurant.
Arby's has new offerings on the menu plus the same good roast beef sandwiches.
Came here late night and had the pleasure of having Amber at the cashier. I was blown away by her customer service. She has been the best late night customer service for fast food I’ve seen in years. Arbys is extremely lucky to have her on the team
Would like to shout out Amber who did an excellent job taking my order. Fast food customer service is hard and she slowed down and checked for a better deal and got me a cheaper total order after she heard what I wanted. She’s the best!!! I don’t typically even like going to fast food restaurants but I’ll def be back. And if you are in the fishers area - this one is where I’d go!
Donyou wanna know the best time to NoT buy curly fries? After 1 pm.! 2 meals and both had 1 curly fry on top of the box and pieces of fries to fill the box

Excellent visit this afternoon. I left another the drive-through of another business immediately beforehand, after waiting in line for about 10 minutes (and moving 3 feet). I came to Arby's and was able to eat inside (I'm sick and tired of chowing down in my vehicle). Order to table in under 5 minutes. Fast, fresh, delicious. Special recognition for Abigail, who was warm/welcoming behind the register, and circled the dining area to keep it sparkling clean. All condiments were fully stocked, neat/orderly. A+ to this team. Great job.
Had a chicken sandwich it was okay had mayonnaise lettuce and tomato. The fries were warm.
Food was great and made to specifications. Love the snack versions of the curly fries and the sliders. The portions hit the spot.
