Got our order via door dash and it was missing a very important item. When I called and spoke with Devon, he was sincerely apologetic and rectified the situation for us. He went above and beyond. I went to this Arby's during lunch time and ordered a combo. When I got back to work, I realized they had not given me my fries. Even though I didn't have a receipt, I called and talked to Teresa, the manager, who told me to come in and tell them that I had talked to her and they owed me a combo. S

Been visiting Arby's frequently since offering their Gobbler Turkey sandwich which is stacked high with favorable and moist white meat turkey breast and a delicious cranberry topping that makes this part of an outstanding and tasty meal. Hope they keep this as a regular part of their menu.
This is the best fast food location in Fishers. The people working there are friendly and can connect on a different level than a normal fast food interaction. I will continue to go back for both the food and the friendly people.
