Consistently underperforms in customer service. The care factor here certainly could use improvement. Its one thing to be conservative on sandwich toppings however its another thing if you have to ask for more than 1 pickle chip, 1 spinach leaf, and the proper amount of dressing. Looking forward
Terrible service when ordering with the app with the stingiest and scarcest toppings, when they didn’t forget to add them all-together.
Prep workers have masks with noses over their masks and last worker handling food, credit cards, and cash with the same gloved hands.

We normally love all the staff at this location, but on our last visit an employee kicked us out 30 minutes before the store closed to “clean” the otherwise empty store. This employee also had airpods in while we were ordering and did not exhibit any care for the customers and even forgot 2 separate
Bring back 5$ footlong, or meal deal. Prices ridiculous.

My seafood sandwich had LITERALLY three chunks of meat for a footlong. No excuse for messing up an order especially when the store is empty, ord
I find it unacceptable that THEY gave me the wrong sandwich, after I said "don't give me that ladies turkey sandwich." I get home to find THEY gave me the turkey. I called and had to drive back over there to get the correct sandwich and I'm not even offered a free cookie and THEY reused the bag.
