I only ordered from this location once, and never again! I ordered on the app, a large 5 topping pizza but when I got home and opened it I realized it was a medium pizza! So check your orders before you leave the store because this location might just give you a smaller pizza. I have never had this happen at other locations.
I took their survey and let them know about THEIR mistake and nobody even follows up to at least apologize for the error or make it right. I will not order from here again! Not worth the drive and definitely not worth the cost if they can't get it right.
On a positive note, the employees were friendly which is refreshing in todays world.
Update: Dominos has reached out and are correcting their mistake!! I get that mistakes happen, and the resolution is key to keeping customers happy. Thank you for fixing the issue!!

My food arrived about 5 minutes after the scheduled time and I hadn’t gotten the notification that it was near so I called, and they were very friendly. Food arrived warm and drink arrived cold. Tastes wonderful. Last time I ordered I put the wrong address in and they were very kind and helpful, made a new order and had it sent to the correct address no problem!
This place is really amazing. I have ordered from them for over 3 years and in that time they have only messed up my order 3 times. When the order was either wrong or late they apologized up and down for it refunded my money and still fixed my order. One time the order was late due to delivery issues because of an event going on that they had no control over and they still took responsibility for it. Brent, one of the managers, delivered the food himself! They are all very considerate and understanding. Other businesses could learn from these people. Way to nail customer service.

The problem is your awful website that can't remember my log in and tries every which way to get me to order something I don't want. It would be nice if it remembered what my last order was and asked me first if I wanted to re-order that.
This is HANDS DOWN the only pizza place I will order from in Fishers. We have a Dominos in my town that is.. okay. I ordered from here once and was completely blown away! They are so fast, incredibly friendly, and the food is just such a high quality from this particular store. The manager came to deliver my order once and brought me paper plates and a few napkins and thanked me for continuing to order there. You CANNOT get that kind of service everywhere!
The Allisonville Road Dominos in Fishers delivered pizzas for my son’s birthday today. They gave us the best deals possible, delivered them exactly on time, and brought my son something special for his birthday that we didn’t expect! Thank you so much! You really made my son’s day! He didn’t get to have the party he wanted due to Covid 19, but their service not only brightened the day, but showed us others really do go above and beyond. The pizza was fantastic too! We hadn’t had Dominos in a while; we will be back!
I moved here a little over a year ago and have frequented this Domino's since it's so close! I'm definitely a fan of how great their pizza tastes and how customizable it is online. The folks always seem very busy at this location but they are always polite and have my order ready fast. Definitely will continue to order my favorite fast pizza here!
Good pizza and wings every time i order. They are fast and efficient.
Quick service. Pizza was good. I did carry out and ordered on line. They are in a small strip mall about Half a block from a very busy intersection. When I left I drove though the parking lot heat to them to get to a stop light for an easy left turn.
