Great food and a great price for Ice Cream. The lunch menu is small but the food was excellent.

We had a great experience at Dairy Queen! Bryce was super nice and asked about our day! It was nice! The staff was efficient and a good team. The icecream was perfect and yummy. We enjoyed eating in their clean outdoor area and it wasn’t too busy at all! Thank you for the good service!
We go to this location often and it is always good... Tonight, we had a small hiccup with our drive thru order. The manager Kenny was right on top of it! He totally took care of us and our treat was AMAZING as always. We totally love this Fishers location 96th st & Olio rd and will continue to enjoy treats from this 96th DQ location ! I went in for a DoorDash order and I placed an order for a small soft serve cone for myself because I’ve had a horrible day. The young woman working the register said the cone was on the house <3 and the young man working said he hoped my day got better. Those small acts of kindness go further than people know! Plus the DoorDash order was ready when I walked in! This was July 21 at 5:05pm, so I hope you can find out who was working <3 keep up the great customer service!

Liz was out cake decorator and we had a lot of special requests. She called to make sure she had it right after we placed the order online. She went above and beyond to make it the perfect cake! I really appreciated how friendly and accommodating she was and I will continue to order my cakes here as long as Liz is still the decorator! Thank you so much!!!!
I have no complaints here. It is Dairy Queen and you get what you expect. A consistently good ice cream product. The food is also decent but I would have to say a little overpriced for what it is. I can get past that and grab my blizzard. Honestly the people there are friendly and it is usually pretty clean so I will certainly not say anything negative about this establishment. Head on in and get yourself a treat
This location has undergone a lot of manager changes over the past few years. In the past, it was a pretty inconsistent location. It was usually understaffed and sub par. However, we've been delighted with the new ownership and management. The staff are friendly, attentive, and do a great job making the items on the menu. They do not serve the full food menu, but it's a great spot to stop in for ice cream.
My kids love riding bikes here. Great safe neighborhood gathering place. The cakes are always decorated perfectly and are ready on time. The staff is genuine and kind.
Great little spot for some quick ice cream. Never really saw this shopping strip busy and service was excellent. Service was quick and treats we're tasty. Kiddos enjoyed every second.
There is a small spot of tables for sitting outside as well.
We went to this location for a treat in the middle of the afternoon on 4-24-16. Despite being seriously understaffed and a line to the door, the single employee that was working served us with a smile and was very calm and competent. I was very impressed by her demeanor and efficiency. This location is lucky to have such a great worker. But seriously, get the poor girl some help!
Ordered a strawberry milkshake from this location and was absolutely blown away by Custer service here...the counter person(belive her name page) and manager(tammy) are bar none best ran into with dairy queen!!!
I commend a couple of the employees who work at this location for their service skills. It. For one its a lot of patients to deal with the uppity, spoiled, untitled type attitudes that the people in this area display. Second of all, there are some teenagers working at this location- it's a dairy queen these are the type of places they work, so have some patience! Its ice cream, not heart surgery or life or death. My customer service at this location was great and always is. There are sometimes the teens can be a little more professional, however, these are things that need and can be taught, its not worth having a bad attitude about or yelling, threatening or cussing at them about! When you react that way, your stooping to a teenage level.
