I can’t say enough good things about this place. I probably come here on a monthly basis (either for dine in or take out) and I have never had a bad meal. I usually always get either the vegetable quesadilla or the steak quesadilla and they are incredible every time. Their chips and salsa are also delicious. And when I do dine in, I always make sure to get a margarita and have fried ice cream for dessert. This place is a hidden gem!

I came here for dinner after a doctor appointment. The the chicken soup and corn tortillas and were delicious and salsa was amazing. I also loved the music and the service. I can't wait for my next check up so I can come here again.

I was looking for a hole in the wall with great food in Fishkill. Found it! Don’t let looks deceive you. Check this place out. Be realistic with your expectations. You aren’t going to get plating technique like “Bobby Flay”... I repeat, it’s a hole in the wall. But do expect some great Mexican food, big portions, and a friendly staff!

We've been 3 times, the family and food are always fantastic! And as for the salsa and chips? It's the only salsa I will eat, it's that good! In fact, the very first time we went we brought a large container home!

Cilantro is delicious every time! I am always impressed by how consistently delicious the food is. We recently took out of town guests here and they declared it the best mole ever. I personally love the chipotle chicken chimichangas, and the rice and beans.

Cilantro is a rather small Mexican restaurant tucked into the back of a plaza, but don't let that stop you from going! The food here is delicious and the portions are massive! I do agree with some that the salsa tastes a bit different, I thought it had almost a barbeque taste to it, though my mom thought it just had a sweet taste. For dinner I order the chicken tostadas for $12.99. Oh my goodness they were so packed with toppings and the taste phenomenal. I couldn't finish it all so I had to take it home. I decided I had enough room dessert though and got a nice size piece of tres leches cake as well for $4. I highly recommend coming here! Some of the entrees are quite pricey, but towards the back they have a page that's cheaper, and the foods there certainly aren't skimping on flavor or size.

Great food! I go once a week. No IPA but tons of tequila. Milenesa de Pollo is my favorite (chicken cutlet) the chips and salsa are the best as well.

Really good Mexican food, very friendly service. It was busy but the waitress never stopped giving top notch service and was very friendly.
