The service was terrible! The cashier at the window was very nice! My food on the other hand was terrible! I went back to speak to a manager and it was like she didn't care! My food had the smallest amount of sauce ask for more sauce on they and they said they wasn't going to put more on and told me
What?!?! On my quarter lb cheese burger there is 1 slice of cheese... Broken in half.. half in the middle half on the bottom. Burger is nasty dry, fries are saltless, over cooked and what is all over them?!? Root beer is sugarless and flat. Service terrible. Attitudes horrible. The smell wafting out
Great food. It was in the middle of lunch rush an out food was fresh the service was great an our order came correct. Next time I return to the area it's a place I'd return too. Thanks very much.
Aside from the horrible customer service I received. Last week I got a hamburger that was mashed like someone put all of their body weight on it. Both buns were smushed and on top of that they were soggy with grease. Honestly just ridiculous and in such a small town I would expect better.
I had a strawberry slush that was made just right, the corndogs were great. The service was faster than the sonic in our Atlanta area so I was surprised that my food came out so speedily.
I've been to this place about 6 times and theyve mistakingly given me unsweet tea 3 times. Parking lot is terrible, about tear your car up getting in and out.
I've come to the conclusion that all fast food restaurants in Fitzgerald have poor service.
This location is out of multiple items every singlr time I go AND/OR their slush and ice cream machines are down. Over the past 3 months, they have been out of the following:
1. Vanilla slush flavor
2. Grape slush flavor
3. Ice cream (machine down multiple times)
4. Fruit add-ins
5. Onion rings

The sonic in Fitzgerald GA should be completely shut down. They do not give you your correct order and the food is absolutely nasty! They can’t even make a drink correctly! Wish I could give less than a star!
