Very friendly staff, drive thru can be a bit slow sometimes but I can understand with shortage of workers and rude people.
Food wise: the fries are bland, Ch'King is okay, burgers have had the same flavor as long as I can remember. Nuggets have a weird aftertaste
So first off shame on me because I told myself I would never visit this location again. Typically just due to the amount of time it takes to move through this line. No joke 45 min with 4 cars in front of me. Now I'm patient so never said a word. But today was it. I called 3 times. Phones disconnect
Good place to eat. Tried the Big King, it was great. Staff is friendly and fast for the most part. Always accommodating with special orders like seedless buns or not salt fries. Ordered rodeo chicken...got home to a spicy chicken Pattie with lettuce. AND THAT burnt sourdough bread is a joke! By the way they told us at 2am their shake machine goes down....but they are open 24 HOURS.
Drive thru.. couldn't finish a sentence without being interested. When I commented 'is it necessary to be so rude? She then went into a rant and refused to fill my order. Worst encounter ever!!!! BK must really be scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees at this location!!!!
Went to drive thru yesterday at 8:30 pm, a reasonable time for dinner. The entire restaurant was closed, though it's website says it was open. Would have given zero stars if I could.
