This was by far the worst experience at this Outback location. We placed our order and less than 10 minutes later our food arrived. The tenders looked overcooked but they were freezing cold. The waiter didn't refill my drink not even once. The manager didn't have any customer service skills. Horribl
Food was good our server was very nice and friendly. I would recommend get on the waiting list on line. If you have a party over 7 please call ahead of times.
There was two young ladies standing at the hostess stand and neither one greeted us with a hello or a smile 😔

One of my favorite places to eat in Florence. It’s nice and clean and always inviting. The food here is fresh and taste wonderful. I walked in tonight hoping I would get Diana as our waitress and the stars aligned and that’s who we got. She is the best waitress. I’ve been eating here for 5 years and
We were greeted and immediately seated. All the staff were covid compliant. The drink and dinner menu are extensive. We ordered steaks and they were cooked perfectly oh yeah. The potatoes were done perfectly. All food was quickly delivered and hot. The drinks were excellent. Our server was friendly
We had a horrible experience! after calling ahead at 5:30pm for a party of 12 people to eat at 7:30pm, they told me we would have to be separated into two tables of 6 each which was completely fine, so after checking in at 6:55pm we waited and waited and waited; seeing many tables opened for four an
Caeley was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Her service coupled with her mannerisms are impeccable! Our appetizers and our food came in a very timely manner. Caeley checked on both our tables (10 people party) on a continuum, ensuring we had a most pleasant experience. THANK YOU CAELEY FOR SERVING WITH A GIVER’S
Excellent meal and server! Lillian, our server, was fantastic. Kept the refills on soda and water coming. Never had to ask for anything. Was so sweet and so was the hostess and manager on duty on July 3 during the after-church Sunday lunch rush. Definitely will go back to this location!
