Walked inside to order and was told I had to order a quesadilla online only after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Terrible Service tables had good all over them.

I LOVE Chipotle. Eat it 2-3 times per month. It's always been really good. On my last visit tho, the food was so spicy I could hardly eat it. Literally brought tears to my eyes. I get the same meal usually and have never had this experience. Hopefully it was just a fluke and someone just made a mist

I ordered two burritos through the app, but when I got back to work I saw that one was a bowl. The receipt clearly says that two burritos were ordered. When called the associate could only offer to use the same bowl to make a burrito if I was willing to drive back to the restaurant right then. Food
