My wife and I ate breakfast there for the first time this morning and it was very good! She really enjoyed her grand classic and I had a shrimp grits omelet. The seasoning was light. The amount of food was more than enough. The host and waiter was very nice and talkative also!

We were told perhaps the cook put the batter on the grill some other cinnamon flavored item; but I'm thinking the grill or griddle should be cleaned between orders especially if the next order isn'

Understanding that most restaurants are short staffed , I expected a longer wait time. However, I also expected my order to be hot and not lukewarm. Overall, the service and food was good.
Been to several Eggs Up and this was the worst one. Hash browns were very greasy and tasted like rancid oil--cook prolly used a dirty pan and old oil. Eggs were from powder and the veggie omlet I had was also very oily. Waitstaff was excellent but food was nasty. Do not recommend.
