Food was delicious and quick drive thru serving. Just went in after eating in my car and found the bathrooms Floor was dirty with no paper and slippery floors in the dinning room. 🙄😒

traveling home , and stopped at this zaxbys at 1:00. an EXTREMELY busy time. and got my food by 2:00. i ordered the big zax snack which comes with three chicken strips , fries , and a slice of bread. after an hour of waiting, these are the chicken strips i got 😐. highly disappointed.

Long wait line for drive thru thinking it’s because the food is good is actually because there is one person barely working and the other are hanging out having a good time. Chicken was dry, fries were old and cold barely any sauce on a sandwich plainly sad looking. Wasted $30 dollars on this place

Food was mediocre at best. I got a Cajun Club which was okay but my co-workers hot wings and things. Chicken fingers were dark brown from reusing old grease in the fryer, and my cajun club was barely half the size of my bun. Food was blah, but the service was fast at least.

My worst Zaxby experience. The food usually taste the same. Its Zaxby but this was bad. The chicken tenders were rather small, the fries cold and I asked for double fries and it was like one order. Glad that I was traveling and its not the Zaxbys were I live.

Good chicken, below average fries. Quick service and clean. Never been to a Zaxby's before, not sure if I'd go again. We over ordered. My cousin ordered the Fried White Cheddar bites, which were good but I was full by the time my Big Zack's Snak pack arrived. I decided to concentrate on the chicken

Excellent Cesar salad. Cool crisp greens, juxtaposed against the tasty, hot fried chicken strips with shredded parmesan cheese and a pleasant surprise of bacon crumbles. Place was busy, but that's because the food is real good. We asked for an unsweetened tea, and ended up with sweet tea. Didn't want to fuss with getting it corrected, as the food was hot. Lower score due to cleanliness and housekeeping issues.
