I used to eat at (Kip's) Big Boy in Dallas when my brother worked there & at (Bob's) Big Boy in LA every visit. It was nice to reminisce. Place was clean. Food was good & fast. Price was right. Wish they had strawberry pie (their specialty), but I guess it was out of season. Also wish there was more of a 50's vibe to the place & that they sold Big Boy merch.

I go this locations drive thru every Sunday morning and generally get the same thing. I always love the food if i happen to get it all in the bags. I know that this is a stressful job and covid has made everything strange but when you order food and you stay loyal to a location you always hope that you get what you pay for from the drive thru. The worst feeling is getting to where your going and being ready to sit down and enjoy your food and find out that some important parts of your meal is missing. This is second Sunday in a row where i got to my destination and was missing part of my order. Biscuits without gravy is just bread. I gave a 5 star rating because i love the food. Just take the time as a worker to check and make sure that the food is in the bag please. Also try offering condiments if its allowed. My suggestion to the company overall is to allow customers to tip in drive thru on credit and debit cards. Im sure the kitchen staff and drive thru staff would appreciate a tip fund to split. Each time I've stopped by Frisch's, I've been greeted by a unique sort of welcoming atmosphere. The employees are friendly, conversational, and an absolute pleasure to be around. If you want a casual lunch, or dinner experience with down-to-earth people, this should certainly be a contender on your bucket list.

Our waiter was so nice! I believe her name was Tonia and she took great care of us. She made sure to get us our food quickly and even went back to the kitchen to make sure everything was right, just for us. Will definitely come back to the Turfway store and request her if possible.
