It’s a nice small subway restaurant. The owner is friendly. He speaks English as well as Italian. The bread was delicious. Service was good.
The lady serving is extremely unpleasant and rude. considering that this is in a tourist area with a majorly of customers beings foreign tourists, a customers lack of ordering in Italian should not be a reason to make one feel unwanted and unwelcome. The sandwich itself was pretty good, but I won't

They add veggies and sauces after asking you. But they never mention that you are going to be charged extra. I landed up paying 2 Euros more for a sandwich of initially 4 euros.
Extremely sad to see such strategy to earn some extra change from customers and leave them with such long term experience
