Slow. So very slow. Rude at the window. Cold fries. Nearly forgot half of the order. And at this point, I'm about 90% sure that taco bell black beans are a lie. I've never had them, and I don't know anyone who has. They're always out somehow. It's magical

The hours listed say they are open until 3am. Arrived at 1:30am and saw three employees inside who refused to even acknowledge me. Previous review was obviously right about them choosing their own close time. Will not come back to this Taco Bell.
I went there to get food, i ordered my burritos and they came back freezing. when i asked them to remake they did ( very rudely) and put hot sauce in them! they put fire sauce inside of my burritos! not a funny joke. they tried charging me twice saying it didn’t go through when it had because i 1) h

Kelsey the manager is very rude and needs to be fired. shes not a good manager or professional at all at her job. I recommend her title being taken away from her. And trained on how to treat customers with respect and also her employees. I had a horrible experience because of her and dont recommend
I don't know what is up with Taco Bell lately, but here is what I have experienced three times lately at three different Taco Bells. Pretty much when I would get in the drive thru line... The store's computer system would shut down. It has happened at two different stores in Michigan and again today
They choose their own closing time, so don't trust what is listed, you never know when it will actually be. Waited for several minutes at the drive-thru before finally calling when the told us they closed at 1. However, last we went through the drive-thru, a couple weeks ago they were open past 2.
