The one on 18 near Florence, KY is the worst. Every time we go there, something is messed up, drink wise. Taste like brown water. I know, go to one of the others. But this one is closest.
Don't go to this location. Ordered a large coffee and get the cup almost half full. Doesn't happen at any other Dunkin in the area. Don't get ripped off go elsewhere.
I love their butter pecan coffee, when it's available! It's always brewed fresh and always tastes so yummy! Now that it's fall, they have their pumpkin line in! Drive through needs work to where cars don't have to be out in the street waiting as this poses potential hazards just to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. The customer service was amazing and the employees were well educated when it came to the product. I will be back to get my fresh donuts soon.
This store is AMAZING!
I called one day to order 300 munchkins for my work the next morning. They were excited to assist me and they were ready early when I got there the next day.
They even switched the packaging for me so I could get it through security easier!

Used to be great. They've messed up 5 of our drinks this week, ordered an explorer batch with cream and sugar and got a black original instead. Going back to drinking coffee at home.
Not hard to get into, but if you are turning left, its a little hard to get out. Everything i have gotten from there was very good and the workers are very polite.
