I recently tried Ichiban and Umi, and I must say that Ichiban is much better. The portions are slightly bigger and quality of the food is better, in my opinion. I especially like their hibachi and spicy tuna & salmon rolls.
Food is super fresh, and always delicious. If you love calamari, this is the place to get it!

The Sushi was delicious, especially the Romantic Roll. And the deep fried cheesecake is unbelievable. The staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. Decidedly a top of the list place to eat.
Wish we would have got the singing chef but ours was pretty good. Food was good and just as expected for hibachi chicken and rice. One of the finance managers was waiting on is though and he was super awesome. He was very attentive, kept our glasses full and engaged us and our kids in conversation.
Very tasty...1st visit. Ordered from the menu. No sushi just the curry dish. Not too spicy but just right.
