I went to Captain Ds to get husband's and my favorite food from there (10 pc Jalapeño Poppers) and we was disappointed. Everyone we ate, there was nothing in it except for a pieces of jalapeños. Plus looked like teenagers was goofing off especially when there was a line at the drive-thru.

Food was delicious and the servers are so friendly. The drive thru line is super slow but that could be attributed to lack of workers nowadays. Still a great place to eat.

What has Captan Ds done to their fish? Haven’t been there in a while so we ordered the seafood feast today. So disappointed! The fish was really bad. The batter was different. It was so hard my husband was unable to eat it. Won’t be going back.

Unprofessional staff, the music they were playing was more like they were partying in the back. I didn't get what I ordered and paid for so when I went back to get a refund it had been past 30 minutes so they could not refund my money. Only 3 people in the store and only 1 of them had actually been trained. I will not be back!!!
