Great American Cookies - Florence - Photo album

Visiting from another city & today is my baby girls third birthday I requested a cookie cake order last minute & they had it ready for me with no problem back home they would've told me they needed to know 24 hours in advance! The young lady was so good to me today!

Overall our experience wasn’t bad. The cookie was fresh but I don’t think the cookie I got looks anything like the cookie I ordered for my daughter’s birthday. I’m not even sure what was drawn on the cookie should even be called flowers! I’m a little disappointed in the artwork.

My order wasn’t ready when promised. Worker were VAPING while working on my order without gloves and while also wiping her nose…. My friend picked it up for me or I would have walked out and canceled my order we chose not to eat it considering….. $32 wasted. Very disappointed.
