Good place to eat but only had 2 workers in the whole place 1 lady running drive thru and front counter and the other lady cooking all the food

Worst Krystal I've ever been to. My wife went through the drive through had waited over 30 MINUTES for iur food. She said ONE person was working inside. I don't know why this location is even still in business. Horrible service!!!!!

Clean, very nice lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. And good food. What more could you ask for.

I always had a bad experience I come to order 24 Krystal’s add mayo with cheese and they can’t cook that. There understaff but there isn’t anyone in drive thru line or anything what’s the deal.

I've been twice over the last 2 week's, employees inside but never took my order.( once at breakfast, the other in afternoon) went today.ordered and was told at the window to drive around so they could serve others. They're was no one behind me, so I went to BK. Love Krystals but not service.

I work nights and only have Krystal’s or Cook Out if I need food. Never had much trouble before, but today went and was asked if I was door dash.
