Placed large takeout order. Chick-fil-A Florence rose to the challenge and passed gracefully with flying colors. Always a great experience going in or driving through. 5 stars and 5 thumbs-up. Roll Tide!

The drive thru line is a circus, workers do not greet, and seem as if they don’t want to take any orders they are all bunched up talking. This is honestly the first Chick-fil-A where the service is so bland.

It was not quite lunch time so we had to wait a little bit but because we waited which was worth it they gave us a card to get a free cookie or brownie on our next trip. They were so nice and the food was great!!

Love that we can eat in the dining room again! We went in for breakfast, there was no line, we sat down at a table with our lovely fresh flowers in the vase, and within two minutes our food was delivered to us! You can't ask for better than that.

Awesome progression thru the Que (we were approx. 18) Same quality hot and spicy chicken with pepper jack cheese. Perhaps waffle fries could have been cooked 30 seconds more. I like crispy fries.

I love getting food from this location! It's always fast, even if there's a long line. Keep up the good work, y'all!
