They aren’t kidding when they say old school custard ice cream, and you can taste it. The chocolate dip is free, so splurge on a waffle cone, they were fresh and thick too. Fast, friendly service and a convenient location with outdoor seating if you want to hang out.
THE BEST soft serve ice cream EVER!!! The service is wonderful, and can't go wrong with anything on the menu, and gotta LOVE the daily specials and military discount! By far my family's favorite place to get ice cream!
My kids and I love Topper's. We go there at least once a week. I own Radioactive Car Audio in Largo. My shop is located near Topper's. I support local business. Especially ones that rock like this place.
